Chapter 10 from my upcoming book AIGW : The Last Life or The Last Battle title is pending.
Chapter 10
Moxie looked at the sapporlings coming here way and she knew these things were not friendly. They were going to be like the other things she destroyed, right? Just needed to jump on them and they go poof and she could get on with her day. She was studying them for a few minutes and let a few of them get close to her. One of the sapporlings spit a green liquid, it landed in front of her and then ate away a piece of the ground. she blinked. Was that acid? If that was acid she wasnāt going to have a very good time and this might be a tad bit more difficuilt than she had thought it was going to be.
āThis is new.ā Moxie said, the sapporling spit itās acid once more and she simply jumped out of the way and landed on itās head. Then poof, it was destroyed. Nothing came out of this one and then she looked at the two others and simply jumped on them as well. They went poof too. Same as before no cute little animal popped out of them. Was she disappointed about this? Kinda. So the other enemies she had fought had to be some sort of robots but what were these things? Maybe they couldāve been just some sort of mutated beings that had been in her way.
āMaybe Trixie would know something about those things.ā Moxie said as she moved on, she would defintely tell Trixie about those things, Trixie was the smart one. There wasa smile on her face as she ran down the path a little more and the scenery began to cange a little bit. It started as a deep dense wooded area and she was now in a more open area. She could see everything, she noticed that she was coming up on an old wooden bridge, it looked rickity. Like if she mis stepped that she would fall right through it.
She stopped a few feet in front of the bridge and then stepped onto the bridge, she tried to distribute her weight as equally as she could. As she started to walk the bridge started to shake, se used the ropes on both sides to make herself feel a bit more steady. She looked down, that was a bad idea she could see some evil looking fish with mal intent and sharp teeth just chomping. It looked like they wanted a snack and that this porcupine looked mighty tasty. She closed her eyes and shook her head.
āNope.ā She simply said as she ran a crossed the bridge to the otherside, as she got to the otherside the bridge fully collapsed into the water below. She was breathing heavily, she was glad that she had made it to safety and she was assuming that she wasnāt that far from The Timber Zone, when she got close enough to the zone she assumed she would see saw mills.
---
Griz was deep inside of The Timber Zone, he was using his axe and he was chopping down a tree, he was whistling to himself and that is when he thought he saw something behind him dart. It was small, couldnāt be no bigger than a rabbit. This area had been becoming more populated with things that shouldnāt be that way and he didnāt know why that was. He hit the tree one more time with his axe and he then focused on the area where he thought he saw something.
āWhatever is out there -- itād be very smart to move on.ā Griz said as his dark brown orbs searched for whatever that thing was. He then heard something coming towards him it sounded heavy. He saw this thing clear some of the timber zone and he then shook his head and walked back over to the tree and grabbed his axe.
The thing hovered in the air, it was a big metal robot. The robot held an axe in itās hand, it had a dome shapped head. Now this thing could only be here for one thing and that was to destroy his woods, he had spent years trying to protect this area from people and perserve it.
āNot today, metalhead.ā Griz said as he charged at this thing with his metal lumber axe, he swung at a few times and the robot weaved in and out of strikes from Grizās axe. The bear growl and jumped with his axe aiming for the robotās dome shapped head. KLNK KLNK KLNK the metal axe head the robotās dome shapped head, it didnāt do much and the robot just pushed Griz away from him. The bear hit the ground with a thundering thud.
āThis zone will belong to Dr. Vyral!ā The robot said in an very monotoned and electric voice.
āOver my dead body.ā Griz growled as he pushed himself up off of the ground.
āThat can be arranged!ā the robot replied with malice in itās voice.
It didnāt matter how many times Griz was knocked down, he would always get up. Especially if he was protecting something or someone he loved and he loved the timber zone, he wasnāt letting anyone take it away from him. He ran the zones lumbering mill, people from other zones always came here to buy wood for various projects and they helped with the zoneās wood conservation too. It was one of those situations where one hand washes the other. He got back to his feet and he grabbed his axe. He defintely wasnāt going down without a fight. He pointed his axe at the robot.
āYou can go straight to hell!ā Griz growled and then rushed towards the robot and attacked it once more, he got a few hits in before the robot simply knocked him away, it made him feel like an insect. Maybe he was an insect in that robotās eyes, but he wasnāt going to stop fighting. Might seem a tad bit futile though.

The Day Everyting Changed - Chapter 1
This is something that I've been working on. Not much of it is actually done. It was inspired by Solo Leveling, but I'm not putting any game mechanics into it. The MC just becomes overpowered.

[Vexan] Iāve been having the same nightmare over and over for the last month. I watched my whole team get slaughtered by something in the dream, but I could never see what it was. A dragon? A giant goblin? That worried me. I had a raid lined up today, and I wiped the cold sweat from my face. I roll over and I hit an empty spot in my bed. Oh, yeah. I lived alone, and no one was there. I had finally joined a guild; theyād been after me forever. I shook my head, rolled over to the other side of the bed, and then sat up. My legs dangled over the edge of the bed as I looked down at the floor. I looked over at my alarm clock, and the red digital lights were flashing. That happened when the power went out; I didnāt remember the power going out. I could then feel static in the air, and I knew what was going to happen. BZZT! BZZT! BZZT! BZZT! The alarm on my cell phone went off, and I gave the cell phone a death glare and slammed my hand down on top of it in protest. āShut the fuck up,ā I growled. āI know itās time to get going, donāt need to yell at me like Iām a child.ā I was technically right; I wasnāt a child. I was in my mid-twenties. I didnāt feel like an adult. I looked over at my phone. It was fine, I pushed myself up off the bed and walked into the bathroom and did my business, I pissed, brushed my teeth, and then took a hot shower. When I got out of the shower, I wrapped a towel around my waist and walked back into my bedroom and got dressed. BZZT! BZZT! BZZT! The cell phone was going off again, I looked over at it and then finally took it in my hand. This time it wasnāt an alarm; a flood of texts came in. My eyes glanced down at all the texts as I tapped them one by one. It was the guild; they were having an early meeting about going into a rift today. I assume it was about the raid that the guild was doing today. I shook my head. āI shouldāve never given guild master Cho my number,ā I said. I swiped and cleared all the messages, and then I powered off the phone and put it into my pants. I slipped on a pair of boots. Where I was going today, it was going to be rough. Rumors had flown around about that particular rift; no one ever came back from it. Did that have me worried? Oh yes, it did. I wasnāt going to show it. I was an S-Rank Hunter. I had enough power to handle this rift by myself, but the guild insisted on sending a team of at least eight hunters, myself included. āI hope the mages donāt get all the good monsters this time.ā I laughed as I walked out of my bedroom, down a long hallway, and then into the living room. I grabbed my leather jacket that was hanging on a hook and left the house. Well, it was more of an apartment, but it was still a house. I walked over to my motorcycle and put on the leather jacket. Started the motorcycle and revved it a few times. I then zoomed off towards the guild hall. I was dodging other people on motorcycles and cars. I realized something, I turned off my phone and put it in my pocket. If Lira couldnāt get ahold of me, I was going to hear it. When I was unreachable, she always thought the worst. I smirked as I drove the motorcycle at high speed. If she knew I wasnāt wearing my helmet, sheād have a fucking kitten. I chuckled softly to myself as I weaved in and out of traffic, which came to a sudden stop. I had found a red light.

this is amazing.
Being friends with Steve Harrington, Eddie realized, was the easiest thing he'd ever done in his life. The guy was endearing, earnest, and sweet. Eddie had no regrets or complains whatsoever about their precious friendship.
What made it difficult for Eddie's poor heart, however, was Steve's tendency for oversharing. And now, Eddie had to live with the knowledge that: a) Steve was bi; b) Steve used to have something going on with Tommy and Carol, Nancy and Jonathan, Jeff (that fucking traitor!), and Argyle; and c) Steve had a puppy crush on Wayne (sweet Jesus on the crackers).
The urge to grab Steve's shoulders and shake him like a snow globe, screaming What about meeeeee? was quite strong, but Eddie'd managed to resist. His most important job right now was to show Steve how good they would be for each other, and let Steve know he'd been saving up for that RV and those six little nuggets.
i'm not against this idea.. xD I love me some Eddie Munson, i wrote an eddie fic once i just don't know where it went. Was more of a roleplay drabble tbh.

Supernatural/Demon Hunters Inc - Wraithbound- Chapter 2
Chapter 2
Ethan had been watching the news for the past few days and got an idea to go to the tunnels himself. He wasnāt much older than the teens that had gone missing, and he was thinking if something or someone was taking the teenagers from around here. Now his sister was at work in Waterbury, and that meant he could sneak out if he wanted to. He sat in the living room with the television on, and he was drinking an energy drink.Ā Ā
āThis is crazy,ā Ethan said as he watched the television. It was some sort of reality show. He had his cell phone on his lap, and he blinked as he watched the television. Ethan got up and walked into the kitchen, got into the fridge, and fixed something to eat. He glanced over at the table and noticed that Emma had left something on it. What was it? He walked over to the table and noticed that it was a piece of paper and it had some words scribbled on it. He found that to be rather weird but not unheard of.Ā Ā He ate the sandwich that he had made and then went back into the fridge for another energy drink, and then walked back out into the living room.
He sat down on the couch, opened up his energy drink, drank it, and then left the house.Ā Ā He walked over to the garage, got his dirt bike out, and started it up. He was going to investigate what was happening; he was hoping that he would be back before Emma got out of work. He didnāt need another lecture from her. He felt like the lecture was going to happen even if he didnāt go out and do stupid shit. Now he knew it was because she cared, and she didnāt want anything to happen to him.Ā Ā
He kick-started the dirtbike with a smirk on his face. āDonāt worry if I get into trouble, Iāll call Lucas,ā Ethan said. He sat on the dirt bike as it idled.Ā Ā He drove it out of the garage, put the kickstand up, and then got off the bike and closed the garage behind him.Ā Ā He got back on the bike, kicked the kickstand, and then drove off.
----
Emma had been working her ass off. She had stepped outside for a cigarette. Now she didnāt normally smoke, but stuff has been stressing her out lately. All those teens are disappearing. It reminded her of when she would try to go on hunts with her parents. She didnāt know her parents were demon hunters until she was much older, and she wished she didnāt know about the world, and she knew that Ethan was getting more interested in that world, and she didnāt like it. She sucked on the cigarette and blew smoke out of her mouth. A few more puffs and the cigarette was done, and she threw it on the ground.
āHope this goes by fast,ā Emma said as she walked back into The Watebury Buffalo Wild Wings. It was rather tame today, and that was probably because it was the middle of the week and people were scared to go out now. She had been thinking about Lucas; she shouldāve called him on her break, but she didnāt, and she didnāt know why. She walked to the bathroom, turned on the water, and looked at herself in the mirror. Her normally straight blonde hair looked matted and worn today. She splashed some water on her face and sighed. She was tired, oh, so very tired.Ā Ā
She had been in there for a few minutes, and then there was a knock on the door. āIāll be out in a minute.ā Emma hollered, It was just a few more minutes, and she walked over to the door and opened it up. There were a few ladies outside the door waiting for the bathroom. She gave them a polite smile and walked past them, and then walked behind the bar and looked out at a few patrons. There couldnāt be more than ten people in the restaurant; she has never seen it this slow before.Ā Ā
Emma leaned on the bar as she watched all the other bartenders walk around and do their thing. She was bored and didnāt know what to do. A few hours passed, and it was time for her to leave. Not much happened. She clocked out and left Buffalo Wild Wings, and then walked to her car and got into it. She sat there for a moment or two before turning it on. All she had to do was go home; maybe she would call Lucas and see what was up.Ā Ā
āLong day,ā Emma said as she shook her head and started up her car.

I find it real funny that people criticize fanfics but haven't written a damn thing in their life.
It's like criticizing a homemade cooked meal meanwhile you burn every kitchen you enter.
