I haven't been able to stop tearing up about Artemis II. How beautiful is this planet, this galaxy, this whole space? How beautiful is creation? How beautiful is it to see humans gather and celebrate science/STEM? To break records for mankind in being the farthest distance from Earth recorded?

Reid Wiseman, the commander of Artemis II, lost his wife Carroll in 2020 after a 5 year long breast cancer battle. But Carroll and their two daughters encouraged Reid to continue following his dreams of being an astronaut. Today, as they went around the moon, they announced one of the brightest moon craters to be named Carroll.

“It's a bright spot on the Moon. And we would like to call it Carroll."

What a day to be alive, to be human, to be part of this creation we call life.

Hey there! If you enjoy my art, consider me for future art commissions!

If you’re interested in commissioning me, you can reach out to me via DM here on tumblr, or reach out via Discord (HoneyBee#3887). I’ll estimate a price for you and get started once you give the okay.

Rules:

1. I reserve the right to decline any commission

2. Extra characters are $10-$20 extra depending on the style (ex. a sketch would be 10$ extra while shaded/ lineless would be $20)

3. I always show the sketch before payment, unless the piece is a sketch itself. After fixing anything the buyer needs me to, I will not line/color until payment

4. I’ll be sending an invoice through PayPal! Not a rule really but just, information.

5. It’s okay for you to post the art made anywhere! I will place a small signature somewhere on the piece, please keep that part of the piece in tact. I will be posting commissions as well, please let me know if thats not okay.

6. I LOVE references! The more the better, it helps me make sure I’m drawing what you want!
