My rules to lose weight as fast as possible (aka speed running to 50kg)
1. Do NOT eat more then 200cals, even better if under 100
2. Don't eat before 2pm and after 7pm
3. Fast at least 20h before eating
4. Eat as much protein as possible and as little fat as possible
5. Walk at least 8k steps but don't workout because I'm already restricting really low
6. Omad
7. My best motivation is watching ppl humble fat acceptance tiktokers and telling them the truth idk why but it's really motivating so I like to just watch it while walking around
8. My other biggest motivation is that one of my friends being bmi 16 NATURALLY

30 min cardio (I use interval training on my treadmill, But you choose whatever fits for you !)
15 x 2 elevated sit-ups
15 regular sit-ups
25-30 crunches
15 x 2 h1p thrusts with weights (I use 15kg !)
15 per side Bulgarian split squats
15 pushups
stretch afterwords for extra burn!

I gained weight (2 lbs) in two days because I let myself have calorie dense drinks (1.7k calories per day total). Starved for two and it’s gone. Keep working hard and you will be fine 🫶
