Day 30 of 30 Day Shred
Shit, shit, shit... Sorry, I forgot to upload the last poster hahahahaha
I actually finished on May the 30th, yes... and I forgot to put it here hahahahah I was so happy to finish that I just forgot.
Anyway, after this 30 days (not consecutives ‘cuz as I explained I was too busy with uni and I had some free days between some days >.>) BUT, I completed my objective with this program: getting fit!
So now that I have more free time with less classes at my university I’m able to go to the gym and have proper workouts and motivation (at home my motivations was getting very low). Next week I will finish some essays and I will ask in two different gyms to choose (one is closer but expensive and the other one is far away... but with my bike I could go there, but cycling in this fucking town is dangerous as hell, so I will have to think and see the price difference).
I would recommend this 30 days program to anyone who is out of shape and wants to get fit, or to anyone will so little free time that wants to stay in shape until they have more time to train.
Now I will enjoy this last free week, then a busy week, and then gym+classes again.
