Sports reminder: You don't have to specify gender when you're talking about women's sport, treating men's sport as the default. You can say men's football or men's rugby or men's hockey. Sorry if you already answered this question, but have you read any books/watched any videos to learn anatomy? Do you have any recommendations?

the internet and libraries are full with free resources so i never bookmark anything i just search for whatever i'm lookinf for sorryyy, I generally prefer older artists' videos because they're less overstimulating and not made with the intention to go viral, they feel like proper seminars

honestly i think having the vocabulary to search for resources might be more helpful than amassing random/extensive resources. sometimes someone will ask me how i approach coloring and i say i always start with an underpainting and then they ask what an underpainting is but like i gave you the term so you can look it up and learn about it you know. underpainting, shape language, composition, color theory, values, color wash master study etc., getting familiar with fundamental terminology can be a good first step to learn with intent
