<we talked to Rodney and explained why he had to wear a mask, even though he hates it, it’s protecting him and everyone else. He’s vaccinated, and so are we, but sadly the people who don’t wear masks may still be carriers for Covid and could really get other people sick. Do as much as you don’t like it, put your mask on over your nose and mouth and go get vaccinated. We all want to be safe again> I don’t like it, but I’ll do it to protect people. What do we do now? <this was before we decided that the center @fatandnerdygirl was in was a bad fit for her. I got back to the hotel and entered a state of dissociation that lasted until the following day when I put my feet in the frigid Pacific Ocean and was shocked out of it. We had gone out to California so the other caretaker could get help and saying goodbye was very hard. So hard, in fact, we couldn’t do it. The place she was supposed to go for help only made her sicker and was ultimately the wrong choice.
