Cyberpunk 2077 update 2.2 announced out of fucking nowhere:
LEST in ARCANE S0203: "Finally Got The Name Right"
She.
LEST Arcane S2E3
Cyberpunk 2077 [98.7 Body Heat Radio] REL - Night City
Idk which one looks better so i've uploaded em both. (Screenshots from here)
Just discovered this band (and will see em live in a few days). If you like black/speed rnr like Hellripper, Bewitcher, Bütcher, Midnight etc, you should DEFINITELY give em a listen.
They live among us. (People who voted Trump and every other shitty politician around the world)
Can't stop thinking about Phantom Liberty, which i've finished for the first time almost exactly a year ago (with the King of Wands ending, my canon one). At first i was very skeptical - a spy-thriller inspired by Escape from New York simply couldn't fit a cyberpunk universe, i thought. Then it turned out to be a wonderful experience where everything worked perfectly: the environment, the characters, the faction of Barghest (which became my fav one), but most importantly the whole story. After playing all of the endings once, with different savegames, i decided it was enough. I've played the base game several times, but PL basically just once: i couldn't handle another round of intensity and pain. Base game and Edgerunners hit me hard and made me cry every time, for both the narrative and the relatable feelings. PL was far more intense than i could ever expect, didn't feel the need to play it again after discovering almost every secret and being emotionally destroyed by every ending and path (and more challenging than base game, in hard mode: the difficulty made the immersion even more effective). What can i say... CDPR really did an awesome job and idc if i sound like a nerd, CP77+PL have been a considerable part of my life, my safe place for a while, and they could create something intense in a world that gets more and more shallow each day. If you ever get the chance to play the full game, pls do it, you won't regret i promise. Personally, it wasn't just an ordinary gaming experience, it was a lot more.
I paid for Phantom Liberty, but who's gonna pay for the therapy i need after the endings?
More people need to hear this: all asexuals are valid, no matter where you fall under the umbrella, and no matter the "reason" you're asexual. You can be naturally ace, ace because of meds, ace because of dysphoria, ace because of trauma, ace because of a disease... Any reason that has an impact on your way to live your (a)sexuality, makes you a valid asexual and you're welcome in the community. Fuck the aphobes and the radicals who say otherwise.
They all support asexuality before they catch feelings for you (they're allos, you're ace).
Here's my two cents about the whole p0rn vs anti-p0rn debate.
Premise: i'm asexual, i don't consume p0rn, and i'm also quite repulsed by it. So personally, i don't really care if it disappears from Earth one day.
But i'm not against it, and i think the whole anti-p0rn movement is more problematic than p0rn itself, since most anti-p0rn theories often feed from terf and radfem shit, sometimes disguised and sometimes not.
Here where i live, i mean in the real world where things take place and not online, the main concern of activists is safety for s3x workers, p0rn actresses and actors. Safety from abuse, human trafficking and exploitation - which, guess what, become a major issue when you make something illegal. So yeah, if p0rn gets banned from internet, it's gonna cause more problems and ethical issues than now. We are aware of these several issues, but getting rid of all p0rn is not a solution (and it's never gonna happen anyway).
"Nooo SW is baaad uwu" have you ever talked with a s3x worker, like, just once? Heard what they have to say instead of assuming senseless bullshit, and decide you what's good for them? S3x work, including p0rn, is real and honest work that most people do by their own choice (often earning decent profits). Freedom to perform SW is a form of emancipation from a partiarchal society, in which "feminism" is slowly being appropriated by right and far-right wings.
Another common topic i often read about is that p0rn is addictive and has an impact on people's brain. I agree, so what? We live in a world full of addictions: socials, junk food, sugar, tobacco, meds, drugz, gambling, alcohol... p0rn is just one of many others. So either you're a total hypocrite, or you're a fanatic no better than religious sects. Also, if you judge people for their addictions and consider them less worthy of respect because of them, maybe you're a horrible person and should reconsider your life.
Bonus points: anti-p0rn activists against AI 'cause it could be used to satisfy Evil Men™ fantasies: you're basically against the only thing that could ruin the p0rn industry and that doesn't involve real women/people. Congrats.
