I had a dream last night that I was at a local park, and when the sun was going down I sat in the grass outside of a large group of people. A woman who looked and sounded exactly my type turned to face me and started talking to me. By the time the conversation was at the end she said “I love you, I’m literally in love with you.” And the only things I felt were absolute dread and discomfort. Something about it just didn’t feel right, so I just went home and stewed on it, avoiding texting her back. Anyways I woke up for real and I was late for work. How was your morning?
The other night my dream was about a long tooth falling out of my mouth and putting it back, then knowing I couldn’t tell anyone so I just kept my mouth closed the whole time so it could’ve been worse honestly

that’s just my nightstand knife don’t worry
Who up continuing to refer to it indirectly rn
I just beat DS1 the other day! I really enjoyed it and was happy that I was able to make it through. My first playthrough of it was on switch and the frame rate was holding me back slightly. I was stuck on Sen’s fortress when I left off originally. It was tough, but completely doable. I will admit that I farmed humanity very often but that’s only because I’m bad!
If you have ever wanted a gaming challenge, I WOULD recommend it, however I can totally see why this game was known as the super difficult hardcore game. Just remember to conserve your materials, kindle every bonfire (requires humanity) and never give up.
Definitely one of my new favorites. We’ll see how Dark Souls 2 treats me.
I’ve almost discovered what makes knights so badass
I just beat Lunacid. I still have a whole area to discover and dozens of weapons/spells to find. I left one of the optional mini bosses alone and I’m pretty sure I have several side quests to continue with. The game is REALLY good. There are some pretty interesting mechanics like video effects, a difficulty slider, turning off auto run (to make it scarier), real world moon cycle effects, a limb targeting system that changes how you can deal with some of the enemy encounters, and a pretty robust class system (even though I went quality and just evenly leveled across the board). Every game has something to be desired but my only real gripes with it is that the turning speed is a little slow on controller but you can just bump your sensitivity to compensate, and if you’re playing keyboard and mouse it’s literally a non issue. If you’ve ever been interested in playing a first person arpg dungeon crawler, I HIGHLY recommend it.
No man may wear the same sweater twice, for he is not the same man and that is not the same sweater. Shrunk it :(
Look Skyrim fans, I’ve tried multiple times to get into it, and maybe it’s just that I only played on the switch so far but I will never understand the praise. I’ve gotten as far as Riften and activated the quest to get the horn of Jurgen Windcaller but no matter how hard I try it’s just a mid experience. Is it nostalgia and copium? Am I not giving it a fair chance? Do you actually just need to buy the pc version and mod it to all hell to enjoy it? As someone who didn’t play fallout or elder scrolls when I was 14, Bethesda just seems like a dogshit company with dogshit games. No offense. I will also admit that I’m dogshit at the game myself and have trouble finding ways to level. Maybe I’m just too late to the party, or maybe it’s just not for me. My favorite games are pretty basic, BotW/Zelda86, DS1, Elden Ring, Undertale/Deltarune, Hollow Knight, and I just started playing Lunacid.
Your mamas so squeak shes either a leather shoe or the bad door or a mouse

**SPOILERS FOR BERSERK**
Minor spoilers, but I warned you.
It’s hard to put into words but one of my favorite things about Berserk (specifically the early stuff) was that Guts of course was the one we’re meant to identify most with, but I found Griffith to be eerily relatable. One was brutal, jaded, driven by hatred and rage. The other was calm, intelligent, and many times, characterized by his kindness or care for others (the boy on the battlefield, the one who carried a knight toy) which is what made it so haunting, to know that he was not all bad before he would become irredeemable… and suddenly the exploration of their characters became about Guts learning to tame himself. To become gentler, more stable. Griffith delves further into his own darkness, using his charm and subliminal coercion through the visions of the Hawk. The reason why he wasn’t willing to kill Rickert at first was that he didn’t know whether he could be persuaded or not, and after realizing Griffith could no longer control one of his victims, could no longer subjugate him, he sent Rakshas to silence him. It challenges you emotionally just as the characters are evidently challenging themselves.
This isn’t a “Griffith did nothing wrong” post, but I really do think that the lens of pure good and righteous versus pure evil and malice flattens not only BOTH of their characters, but the story as a whole. I do hope to see more inside the psyche of Griffith, especially in regard to Casca. I’m still very curious about Griffith’s daydream, right before the Eclipse. How will he rationalize it? How will he attempt to convince her? When I say that Berserk is peak I really do mean it.
some of you need to re-learn the word "selfish" and stop calling everyone a fucking narcissist
