This was not how he wanted his Monday night to go down.
With one hand holding a shaky cup of coffee and the other holding a pastry to his mouth, his eyes become wide with contracted pupils, and the pastry is dropped and forgotten about as his hand tries to fumble for some kind of control panel. Where was it? It was here a minute ago for timeline ZPoM-029, where has it gone now–!?
In the meantime, the robot itself continues to try and move, its spider-like legs continuing to make the same locomotion despite being mid-air as the red eye within the shaft of the module focused right on the face it was programmed the recognise.
It beeps, but that’s all it can do. There’s no microphone for Lys to respond through, and thus, it can only give a tone in response.
So there was no way for the programmer to communicate through the device. This was not good, and he’d have to have it examined. As the robot tried to navigate its way around the surface it was upon, the alternate in question approached, and made an attempt at picking it up.
He would figure out who was watching him, and Lys would pay the price should he choose to leak confidential information to the public.
Lysandre walked into his cafe’s basement, only to notice a rather strange device that he hadn’t seen before. What bothered him more was that the said device had a camera on it.
He looked closer at the BOB-Bot, gathering that either Aliana had decided to pull another prank, or someone had found out about his involvement with Team Flare. Then again, he figured Aliana was enough of a professional to avoid pranking her leader.
Lysandre doesn’t get much sleep most nights. He’s the type to overthink things to the extent that it keeps him awake.
