What do you think Neo's reaction to learning that Roman got eaten was?

I think she would be angry. Cause like how Roman was talking about how the scoundrels survive cause they don’t stick their necks out for people and pick their fights, it’d just seem unfair for him to have gotten eaten. She and Roman have been doing what they’ve done to stay on the winning side, and that happening to Roman wasn’t part of the deal. So of course she’d be angry.

Don't worry about Roman - he is too interesting a villain to truly die. They'll probably keep him out for a while and when the story gets too stagnant they will bring him back to shake things up. Anyway, if I "killed off" a character I was planning on bringing back, I'd publicly state he was dead so I could catch people off guard.

Yeah, I don’t trust any outside information about what’s going on in a show. Because we shouldn’t need outside information. The show should be able to stand on its own. So the WoR’s and the videos of the writers talking about RWBY are stuff that I don’t watch cause I don’t want to bother wasting my time.

But yes, I agree. And if they decided to never bring him back, then they’re making a bad move. People have shown an interest in Roman’s character, so killing him off at this point of time would just mean that they have a complete lack of vision for what the audience likes, and wants them to expand on.

Head canon that the first time team evil saw Roman and Neo without make-up on, they thought the two were dying. Roman and Neo both love their job so much that they hardly take time off. They run themselves ragged with it, and without make-up on that’s extremely evident to see.

Well 100% confirmed dead. Poor neo ;-; Honestly, these monkeys don't know how to write. They kill off the only interesting villian right when he comes back and we start to get some hint at what his motivations are. All the others are boring cliches.

I’m just going to ignore that they said he died. Roman’s entirely still alive. After ep 11 he found Neo and they decided to go off and have way more interesting adventures. He’ll come back when they decide to start treating his character better than this

Considering how Roman and Neo share a lot of similarities, one similarity between the two that I’d love to see is if Roman’s also great at disguises. Like when Roman comes back (cause he will be back) imagine something something like this happening.

The bad guys are talking about infiltrating this place that’s extremely heavily guarded. It’s the Fort Knox of Remnant. The bad guys talk about how they’ll need someone on the inside. Of course their first response is to look at Neo, but then Roman speaks up and says,

“It’s a bit out of your league. Sit this one out Neo, and let the real expert here handle it.”

And then we see Roman pull a Usual Suspects on us where he puts on a disguise and becomes an entirely different person.
