How social media has helped families, social workers, and the government in discerning information during calamities?
It is very obvious that social media is a big help. Social media has re-defined communication in today’s modern world. Text messaging, the internet and social networking sites have made it possible to communicate with a large number of people anywhere on earth. It is an efficient and easy way to keep in touch and impart information, particularly in a time of crisis. The Internet has become an essential communication network during this time. Social Media has become a valuable means of communication in many places affected by a natural disaster, which allows people to keep in touch with family and friends and access important information. Social media might well enhance systems of communication, thereby substantially increasing the ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from events that threaten people and infrastructure. Having social media it helps us with a lot of things. There's countless times where social media is used to help every community to be in touch with other family member and fellows. Social media is a big part today during quarantine it helps workers to do their jobs at home with the use of internet. Social media makes student's studying be possible during pandemic, by the use of internet it makes the students studies be done with ease. But at the same time social media can affect someone's life or mental health. Seeing toxic and unhealthy post makes other people's mind over thinks. Social Media isn't all that good some of the contents that we saw is bad for our health. We can't always rely on social media because some of them is not for the better.
CTTO for the photo I used.
Mangarap ka is a song by After Image, a song full of meaning as it talked about not giving up on your dreams and fighting for it till the end. It talks about the things that you wanted to become but you can't as it says that you must still try as nothing would go wrong if you try to fulfill your dream. The song means that dreaming is only free so you must dream as far as what you wanted. We should also learn to never give up in order for us to g oat our destination and to fulfill our dreams that we have been dreaming to do in our life and to live our life to the fullest.
