Hey sooooooooooooo… this is my first post, of characters from a book with like no fan base lmao. These are the four main characters from “we have always lived in the castle” by Shirley Jackson. I recently finished reading it and needed to make these designs. Shirley Jackson was the queen of 20th century American gothic literature and has some fantastic books and hundreds of shorts stories. I so so so recommend ready this book and other work by her.

I’ve met him now I do Not like him. He was mean to uncle Julian and speaks to Jonas instead of Mary Katherine directly -_- it’s worse because Catherine doesn’t seem to mind him either
I know right I actually hate him with a burning passion. He’s a ghost and a demon smh
