It’s called Aspire News and it’s disguised as a regular news app, but when you go to the “Help” section of the app, it leads you to domestic violence resources and also has a “Go Button” that when you press it, if you’re in a compromising situation, alerts local authorities as well as local shelters and starts recording everything that is going on.

Now, if you’re looking up resources on the app and your abuser is near, simply press the X button and it brings you to a random news page. Same goes for the actual foundation site.

Isnt it interesting how in Heres to the Zeros Josh is opening us up to a whole new story in his life? And how he almost feels ashamed of it within the media? I feel its possible there could be some sadness and shame behind this poppy song.

#THERE IS #thats what i thought when i first listened to it #like it was so angsty when you realize what he's saying #that he has to quit doing the music he used to love so he can fit in with the pop industry #i feel like the producers wanted the band to make more music like pop 101 #which was essentially a parody of pop music #because the media loved pop 101 so much #they wanted marianas trench to make more like that #to you know get more popularity #= getting into the pop market #but i feel like #josh doesnt necessarily want that #like you can figure out how much he doesnt like pop music? like he makes fun of it in two songs #i dont think he would make pop music if he had a choice #he'd go back to what they were doing in ever after? like it was their own thing #i doubt they'd go back to fix me #because all of that was really raw and emotional stuff coming from josh that maybe arent as relevant anymore #he's not in the same place he was back then #so even if they did revert to that old style it wouldnt have the same....uhh #rawness?#yeah #so anyway i think they're stuck with this genre now #and i can imagine josh isnt happy #which is why he wrote these lyrics to go along with the song #like its really sassy when you think about it #he wrote a pop song that says that pop music sucks #and yeah he does reveal a lot about himself #right in the bubbly first verse #like there is a lot of sadness here #'hey kids
