STORY OF MY LIFE : 

When she was a child her dad told her every night that she was destined for greatness, her name itself descended from a ruler itself. so she always expected nothing but the best when it came from either of her parents, even the world. As she grew older, she never had a worry in the world, her father was a nature born Sicilian just like herself, her mother was born in new America but one trip to Italy and fell in love with this big powerful man. she was merely a few years old and was welcomed with luxury and opportunities not a lot of people had but this was her life and she shouldn’t apologize for it. 

Her parents never expected too much from her, just to act as she should in front of guest. As she grew older she wished that she would be part of this normal life she saw on tv. normalcy was never anything for her but that all changed when her parents brought someone else home, someone that crazily looked like her and in her she found a friend, someone that she could look over and protect from their overbearing mother. 

things changed when Thalia decided to become in contact with her father, rosalie didn’t see the need but yet regardless she supported her sister through what she needed, she never knew that her sister would betray her ever. one morning as she was getting ready, she decided to wear her grandmothers necklace but it was nowhere to be found. the necklace had been stolen by Thalia’s father and there was no way that the younger salvatore did not know. 

something clicked within, rosalie. something just changed and things became more difficult, in front of everyone she was the same perfect delia but behind closed doors she was ready to hit rock bottom. her pregnancy had been something that she didn’t even know had happened, she was terrified but nonetheless came clean to her mother thinking that she would find the perfect solution but once again she was wrong, her mother forced her to the nearest clinic and the baby was just but a passing memory. 

she pushed all her problems deep down, a place where no one would ever find them. kept her focus on school &. her drug habit deep from anyone who could know, how dare she disorder the salvatore last name.

he hadn’t initially realised who rosalie was talking about or that it had something to do with another person but with this new information, “ah, right,” he nods, “i don’t know, perhaps he got a better off,” reid joked. he seemed to spend the majority of his time with tyler, silas or di’angelo these days, reid was safely outside of any drama or mayhem that was going on ever since cherish had taken her leave from the programme. that had been the dark era. “then i suppose i must say that i came here just to see your delightful face, rosalie,” he plays into it easily without skipping a beat as he drums his fingertips against his notebook. “a breath of fresh air in exam season,” although he could be charming, he was never deceitful or out for any particular gain. with reid, things were exactly as they seemed.

𝐭𝐡𝐞  𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞  𝐨𝐟  𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡  𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫  𝐰𝐚𝐬  𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭  .  it  was  clear  they  didn’t  want  to  run  into  each  other  again  .  something  that  felt  quite  ironic  being  that  there  was  a  point  in  time  when  all  cassidy  wanted  was  an  excuse  to  run  into  the  girl  .  holding  his  own  bottle  of  liquor  in  his  hand  as  he  walked  outside  ,  he  brought  the  bottle  up  and  poured  some  of  the  vodka  down  his  throat  before  dropping  his  hand  and  the  bottle  back  down  to  his  side  .  it  was  something  cassidy  did  a  lot  .  finding  himself  slipping  away  to  somewhere  he  thought  was  a  lot  more  private  .  a  moment  to  drown  in  whatever  substances  he  craved  in  that  moment  .  but  more  so  ,  letting  himself  drown  in  all  the  insanity  that  filled  his  mind  .          ⏤          as  he  walked  closer  to  the  pool  ,  he  froze  a  little  when  seeing  the  redhead  .  maybe  he  should’ve  turned  around  right  then  .  refused  to  let  any  conversation  conspire  between  the  two  of  them  but  he  didn’t  go  .  instead  ,  he  stood  there  for  a  moment  before  walking  closer  when  she  began  to  speak  .  sitting  down  by  the  edge  of  the  pool  ,  he  kept  his  eyes  off  her  as  he  slipped  his  shoes  and  socks  off  .  rolling  his  pant  legs  up  ,  he  dunked  his  legs  into  the  water  .  finally  ,  cassidy  looked  over  ,  eyes  focusing  in  on  her  brown  ones  .          ❛     when?     ❜          he  asked  bluntly  ,          ❛     when  do  you  think  i  was  playing  games  ?then  ?     ❜          cass  stopped  for  a  moment  ,  memories  of  how  they  used  to  be  back  then  flashing  through  his  head  .          ❛     or  now?     ❜
