The hug between Pomni and Ragatha was genuinely one of the most beautiful moments I've ever seen in all media. It's the kind of hug where you just can't hold each other tight enough, or for long enough. It's the kind of hug that comes from profound gratitude that you've found each other in this world. It's the kind of hug where you find sanctuary in each other's arms. It's the kind of embrace that doesn't leave when you let go.

A lot of depictions of hugs will cut to the next scene, or characters pull away to get on with the plot and keep things moving.

But this is the moment the camera holds on, as they shift their weight and pull each other closer. The silence between them is all the dialogue they need. This moment is the message. It's the act of stopping everything to say, ‘I love you. Thank you for being here.’
