I like to imagine that several of the pastas are violent to their core, even sexually.

Jeff, for instance, is addicted to the rush of seeing fear come across a partners eyes during an intimate moment. He'll (consensually ofc) hold knives to your skin or place delicate tiny cuts in sensitive places along your body. Any small ounce of inflicted pain gets him going beyond belief.

Similarly, EJ treats his partners like a chew toy. While never causing harm (or actually eating you) he will bite, hard. He loves the taste of your blood in his mouth, loves the feeling of piercing your flesh.

Toby has a fascination with seeing pain. Since he cannot feel it himself he loves to watch it on others, trying to encompass and understand the feeling. If allowed, he will experiment with this with you. Belts, smacking, any kind of pain he can watch come across your face. He delights in seeing it and you trusting him enough to allow him to do things like that to you.

I hear a lot about bloody Habit, but much about bloody Evan and I'm not sure why. He's all teary-eyed and pouty, traumatised and probably dissociating. Evan's barely able to keep up with—or return at all—your sloppy and frenzied kisses as you grab at his blood-slick forearms.

He's not even sure if it's his or yours or one of your poor friends. And, god, he hates that he knows what your blood tastes like. Evan's not able to get the texture of it out of his head for weeks after. Maybe he Pavlovs himself into enjoying it too, or maybe he just gave up on understanding and resisting.

I don’t wanna be weird but now that I’m older I really miss weird pervy messages from old strange men. Like I miss the feeling of doing something I’m not supposed to and how it was like to be noticed. It felt kinda special and now that I’m 18 I don’t get those messages anymore and on one hand I’m grateful for that but also I’m feeling really…. forgotten I guess…? I don’t know how to put it but… idk… maybe I just miss the attention, the danger, the mystery of it all…

—BEHAVIORAL EVENT NETWORK (BEN) REDESIGN/REWRITE ;

This is my personal redesign of BEN and will be used in my writing so I recommend reading this before checking out the rest of my work/requesting something that includes BEN. This version is free to use, both the character design and story as long as you mention/credit me :)

My version of BEN is an egregore instead of a ghost/entity that contains the several spirits of the moon children. For those who don’t know what that means, an egregore is a thoughtform or entity created by the collective beliefs of many people, a concentration of energy and thought.

It's a similar concept to how creepypastas exist in our real world - a bunch of scary stories made up by people online. In this redesign, the story of Ben that is made by Jadusable exists except it's not real. The haunted game cartridge that has the statue and everything? It's not actually haunted. Instead, it's made by a tech nerd who is also a big fan of horror. He thought it'd be a cool idea to create a scary save in Majora's mask, code shit into it to make it believable, and then sell it. The story becomes famous and it very quickly spreads online. Making everyone believe that it‘s real.

Now you may be wondering… if the cartridge isn‘t actually haunted, how does BEN exist then? The answer is what I said at the very beginning. Basically the media’s immense fear of this "haunted" Majora's mask cartridge and the amount of attention the story got online kind of merged and created one conscious entity that is BEN. And he's pretending to be the ghost that‘s haunting the game to keep people scared of him because he feeds off of their fear. Egregores need nourishment, if people forget about him/the hype dies down/people don‘t find it as scary as they used to, BEN becomes very weak and might even stop existing which is why he goes beyond the cartridge and starts haunting the internet instead, installing more fear into people because you don‘t have to play the game in order for you to come into contact with this "ghost", it can pop up at any time without you seeking it out yourself which is why people are so scared of him - no one is truly safe from BEN.

As the person writing the “reader” I honestly never really imagine myself either lol. Most of the time, she starts off as this faceless girl, and then as the story goes on, she starts to feel more tangible to me in terms of her vibe and traits. If you follow me on Pinterest, I have boards for all the girlies, so that’s personally how I view them! The hardest part for me is imagining their faces, because they’re always kind of blurry in my head

something people are really missing about ogilvie and javadi's dynamic is that he DOESN'T think he's smarter than her. he KNOWS she's smarter than him and that's why he acts the way he does to her, because she is a threat to this plan he has for his life that he's working so hard to make real. he holds himself and everyone else to a certain standard, he believes that everyone is responsible for what happens in their life and that you should do what you can to get where you need to be, and if you don't, it's your own fault when you fall short of that goal (this is all information given by lucas iverson in interviews). people suggest that he corrects her and tries to answer before her because he feels that he's entitled to more attention and respect than she is but in reality, he knows she's smarter than him and they are in competition so he, in his mind, has to do whatever he can to make up for the fact that he's not on the same level as her (not to mention he canonically knows she's beloved in the er). so he's overeager, he overcorrects, he sucks up. it's all because of this worldview and the standard he holds himself to. it's literally canon that he respects her for how brilliant she is so it clearly has nothing to do with thinking he's smarter than her, quite literally the opposite! boiling them down to "she should be allowed to hit him with a car" is getting old when shabana and lucas have repeatedly said so many interesting things about their relationship. you don't have to like him but even if you're just a javadi fan you should be considering at least some of the intricacies of their interactions ??

ok so we all know The Marauders loved muggle rock music? Imagine James and the rest of the group singing “Layla” by Derek & The Dominos but changing the lyrics to say Lily instead and that’s how James proposes to Lily

Obviously they interpreted Dumbledores final year speech of telling the oldest students to go out into the world and find themselves and do good and etc, etc whatever right?

Remus puts a spell on Dumbledore to quiet him down and move the podium out the way. While doing this the rest of the boys set up their instruments and you can see year 7(youngest year) boys scrambling around setting up sound equipment.

At the end of the song he gets down on one knee and says “Lily, it’s our final year and the world is about to go to war, so screw everything- I have some thing to ask you- I’ve loved you since second year and even though you found me annoying and insufferable and think I’m a complete idiot, would you do the honour of making me the happiest man on earth and become Mrs Potter?”

WEDNESDAY SEASON 2

So, I'm currently rewatching Wednesday and I have a few thoughts. I've been seeing quite a few people saying that Tyler and Wednesday wouldn't ever work out, and their main sourse of this claim is that in Addams Family Values she falls in love with a sweet, silly boy (which they think is JUST like Enid), Joel.

But the only reason Wednesday liked Joel is because he wasn't embarrassed or intimidated by her 'darkness', where in the show, Enid is SEVERAL times. Tyler never was either, which you could argue is because he always knew what was coming, but honestly I don't believe that.

Another argument people use a lot is that Wednesday wouldn't ever fall in love with a monster.. and I'm like... okay? Incorrect? You could say that same thing about her and Enid. Enid is a werewolf, but not a very strong one (though she will be soon since she's an alpha- but thats for another post I suppose). If anything, I think it'd make him more attractive to her. Like, when they were in the asylum and he said she "sensed the monster in" him and "fell in love with it". Why would they put that in if it weren't true? Besides the fact I think Wednesday would love being his master.

Another thing Tyler said is that him and Wednesday are both "black-hearted souls", which I think is untrue to both of them. Wednesday was always feeling repressed in her home, like she had to prove herself to her parents, to make herself better than them. Whereas Tyler was always around his drunk father, then groomed and assulted by Thornhill. They're not black-hearted souls, they're both wounded.

Anyways, I'll probably update this in the future, I'm a huge fan of all things Addams Family.

I think the core problem is that a lot of people have recalibrated how they interact with content bc of TikTok and then applied those habits everywhere else. TikTok, arguably the biggest social media platform right now, runs on likes. Like something, the algorithm pushes it out. The more likes, the wider it spreads.

But for tumblr, likes don’t do shit. The only way content moves is through reblogs. If you have five followers and each of them reblogs your post, their followers then see it and if those people reblog it, it keeps spreading. That’s how something reaches hundreds of people from a blog with a tiny following. But if everyone just likes it? Your followers’ followers never see it. They’re not following you, so it never hits their feed. It just dies in the internet void.

Then you get content creators who create banging fucking work and never get the attention they deserve because nobody ever pushes it out for other people to find. People get discouraged and stop writing/drawing/creating that way.
