Nesta, gwyn, and emerie: won the blood rite after months of training with the best warriors ever and working together. All fae.

Everyone: it just doesn’t seem believable that they could win.

Why is it that Feyre can do all of these things and it’s believable but when it comes to Nesta it’s not?? I would put money on it that if it was Feyre who had entered the rite and won no one would say a god damn thing about it not “being believable”

Did he force her into a deal by twisting her injured arm?

Did he have sex with her in the middle of the war, surrounded by dead bodies? Or did he have sex with her after she’d peed herself out of fear in the swamp?

Did he think things would never go beyond the times he masturbated thinking of her? Or did he belittle her attempts to be more active in the IC? Or did he decide who was good for her and who wasn't? Oh, I know! Did he treat her like a porcelain doll and a trophy, even though she herself said she wasn't a child for people to fight over?

Worse.

So what did he do?

A terrible, sickening thing 😓he had to admit to himself that his mate is just as beautiful (or even more so) as the only woman who treated him with the slightest bit of kindness before being brutally murdered by his own family.

And he also committed "animal torture" when he caught a fish with his bare hands for him and Feyre to eat.

Imagine reading ACOSF and HOFAS and thinking Azriel has no ties to the Valkyries.

The same Azriel who made a list of what the girls did wrong in the Blood Rite so that they can fix it -together? The same Azriel who organized the Blood Rite Qualifier to show those Illyrians how capable the girls were? The same Azriel who would gladly teach Gwyn dagger lessons one on one?? When third-party merch sellers release something, that's a soft launch and proof of what's coming in the next book.

But when the actual publisher starts dropping promotional material right before an announcement, they're just randomly promoting the previous book and don't know anything?

So the merch sellers have insider information, but the publisher doesn't?
