the oldest always longs for a home. a home where they don’t receive love based on the conditions of those incapable of love. a home that soothes their souls. a home that is nurturing, forgiving, kind, human … where can the oldest go to find such a home? where did everyone go when it was time for the oldest to come home? why didn’t anyone hold out their hand for the oldest? why is my home so far away? why can’t I see it?
