♒    — Feeling the familiar weight of a little penguin on his shoulder, Rin smiled. He let Nagisa get comfortable, letting him snuggle against his larger frame until he felt the blond was satisfied with his position. Once that was settled, he moved an arm, letting it gently wrap around Nagisa’s shoulder and pulled him closer. he then turned to kiss his cheek before nuzzling the top of his fluffy, golden hair.

“Missed you.”

Nagisa felt a flood of familiar warmth enter his veins as he felt Rin’s embrace envelope him; there was a profound comfort in him that Nagisa had never been able to find anywhere else. From the tips of his curls to the tips of his toes, one word could encompass the entirety of the feeling: safe.

He tipped his head back and caught Rin’s chin, pressing a tiny smooch there before angling himself so he could nuzzle cozily at his favorite sharky’s throat.

“You did huh, Rin-rin? How much?”

♒     — A soft chuckle could be heard (and probably felt if Nagisa was that close) from the redhead.  As if had to tell his boyfriend about how much, the blond knew, they been apart for a while as Rin had to go back to Australia for training. But then again, he could indulge Nagisa just to tease him.

He hummed and ran his fingers through golden locks; holy shit, was his hair this soft?

          “Plenty. I will show you later, come on. I’m starving and I came to get you for some lunch.”

The feeling of Rin’s fingers carding through his hair was so familiar to Nagisa that he was sure he would be able to close his eyes and be in a hundred different places where this same gentle intimacy occurred. It felt so nice that Nagisa allowed his body to sag against Rin’s entirely.

“Oh, can’t we just stay this way forever, Rin-rin?” requested his muffled voice, before he tipped his head back and his honeyed eyelashes fluttered as he gazed up at Rin, pupils dilated.

“...what kind of lunch?” he asked, as if food were the only thing that could possibly sway him to let go of Rin.
