Why do white queers matter more than poc queers? It's not transmisogyny to point out an white trans woman is/was racist by joking about the n word. A grown ass white woman knows better. Her identity as a trans woman doesn't invalidate her racism.

tl;dr: i need help managing worsening presycnope from a head injury

sob story below

I had a pretty bad head injury a bit over a year ago, I've had previous injuries but none nearly as bad but my current issue is the sensory issues that came from it. My current problem right now is anytime I experience stress or anxiety I feel like I'm gonna pass out. Like not normal dizzy I mean my head will slightly dip forward while my vision starts to go dark, I've never actually fully passed out but like. How do I help with that specific symptom? I have a neurology appointment next month but until then how do I deal with it? I've been staying hydrated so I don't think it's that but it's gotten way worse over the past two months (probably because I got a job like 3 months ago and my stress is kinda increased.) I can't fully avoid stress because. Situations. Current state of the world and living in a somewhat (?) abusive household even with stress relief techniques it's hard. Just. I can't deal with this specific symptom. A lot of them are bad but I feel like this one may actually put me in danger?

not a vent vent but. am i allowed to give myself a name that is a tenton sioux word? i am tenton sioux but wasnt raised near reservations or anything but im trying to connect to my culture more, i know names are usually given by elders but considering i dont know any am i allowed to give myself one? i want to go by the name for fox, Tȟokála or Tokala, but i dont want to like. offend anyone? i dont know
