I do not "only engage in media with queer characters." I enjoy the media, and then I actively LOOK for queer characters. If I don't find one, I LOOK HARDER. If I can't find queer characters, I HEADCANON them as queer. You complain about your favorite media not having queer representation? Then I will FIND queer representation. And if I can't find it, then I will FORCE queer representation.

Back before I went inpatient, i actually devoted an absurd amount of focus and energy into MBTI typing Newsradio’s main cast of characters. Mostly cus I wanted an excuse to type Bill.

Definitely one of those spontaneous and meticulous mania-induced projects, but it actually yielded interesting results. Including notes and ideas about these characters (there are pages of explanation behind each letter for each one😭😭mostly Bill) that I don’t hate. And i learned a lot about MBTI typing.

I’ll never forgive my inpatient experience for disrupting the flow of my creativity and my life. It’s been a long time coming. I’m getting back into the swing of things slowly but surely. And feeling more comfortable online again after being repulsed and paranoid because of it during mania. Things do get better. I hope
