I have two faves from TFC, Jester and Pierrot, unfortunately one MC is a soft being that gets swept into the arms of the jester and the other? Well...she's just as obsessed.

Thinking about the film and I've wracking my brain over it for like three days.

I'm NOT a transfem/trans person. I'm a Demi-girl personally and like pronouns are just for my anxiety to stop fighting me.

That aside... with the reveal of Jax which I didn't fully clock right away because I was focused on the fact that Jax is a deeply flawed individual finally opening up and it's a lot to take in on the first watch.

My lil brain just goes:

If those are the pronouns, those are the pronouns they use and I'll use em.

So for the Jax lovers or haters or neutral ones,,, what are you all calling them? Cause my brain is going:

He/him?

They're a transfem individual

She/her?

They haven't come out of the closet and died amab and aren't called she/her irl (yet??)

He/him?!

.....he/she/they????

Jax/jax??

He/she/they/jax?????

I know it seems dumb, but I also know that so many use various pronouns and so is it wrong to address (un- dress me) Jax as he/him???

Like do we address the whole Jax is transfem so use she/her or do you use he/him until Goose outright says:

Jax pronouns are she/her.

Respect the show and how the creator of the show never changed the pronouns or respect the character that is a closeted transfem individual.

Long winded ramble, what pronouns are you guys using??

I feel bad for using he/him but I also know that Jax used he/him in the circus and irl whether taking steps towards transitioning little by little or not. Gender isn't linear. Identity isn't linear. I know some just don't care about pronouns but I don't think that's how Jax is.

Pronouns don't always equal the gender identity and sometimes are just used for the convenience of not wanting to explain it everytime (had a coworker like that).

So yeah. What are you using? For brevity I might just use He/They since Jax, Pomni, nor Ribbit used any other pronouns, for said person.

Also is it possible that Jax could be transfem/non binary/ fem leaning? And ends up not caring too much about pronouns in their growth??

I'm a simple woman that just wants it confirmed by the creator since it's her oc/creation. And my brain works linear and it gives me a lil headache trying to make sure I'm not misgendering the silly purple rabbit that has been consuming my thoughts while I'm thinking about the different things I wished for in the finale.
