Amestris had seen its fair share of war. However, since the coup and the revolution that took place after the Promised Day, along with the murder of its Fuhrer King Bradely, it enjoyed several years of calm. The new Fuhrer even attempted to make peace treaties with the neighboring countries. Some of these treaties were at a relatively advanced state when, out of the blue, all three neighbors countries had decided to attack and conquer Amestris.
Join your country’s army and contribute to the efforts by writing RoyEd fanfiction and earning points for your country in this year’s RoyEd OTPoly game!

For newcomers or anyone who needs it, here’s a reminder of what is the OTPoly and how it works:
What is the RoyEd OTPoly?
Just like the board game Monopoly, in this game your goal is to collect as many properties as possible. However, unlike Monopoly, in the OTPoly you do not use money – you use your creativity!
How does the RoyEd OTPoly work?
Each property on the board represents a trope, and includes a writing prompt, all of which are – you guessed it! – RoyEd prompts. By writing the prompts and fulfilling the requirements you earn points, which get added to your total team points. At the end of the game, the team with the most points, wins!
Now, to make things interesting, just like in Monopoly there are 3 different levels:
Major (base) level: This is the basic prompt. It is worth 3 points.
Colonel (house) level: This will typically have some addition to the prompt, and an increased word count. Completing the requirements for this level will earn you 5 points (+2 from Major level).
General (hotel) level: This level includes all the requirements of Major and Colonel levels, plus an additional requirement. This can be an added trope, detail, specific writing style, and always an increased word count. Completing the requirements for General level will earn you 8 points (+5 from Major level).
Other ways to earn points include commenting on other people’s work (supporting our community is a top priority!) and participating in team activities.
Detailed instructions will be sent to participants upon assignment.
The game will start on June 4th.
I hope to see you all really soon, and that anyone who chooses to participate will have lots of writing and fun!
