The ax at the center was thought to symbolize the power of life over death and was also linked to the death penalty. You can either do this physically by using stones or mentally by building a picture of it in your mind. Start walking slowly around the symbol as if tracing it with your feet. After the first attempt, pick up speed and repeat until you have walked the shape eight times. With every step, try to focus on the symbol in your mind. See it as a blazing figure of eight in flames. Make a silent request to your subconscious for clarity and wisdom.
