I think there's a bit more than that.
In their #information channel, last updated on July 12th 2024 @ 11:45 AM ET, the staff writes the following:

They add in that same message though, that they do not encourage syscourse in their server. I think that's because they don't have alot of moderation yet and they do not want to fall into controversy since they are clearly not prepared for the consequences and the harassment it may lead.

Hence the infamous message in the #announcement channel from the server owner (made July 17th, 2024) that sparked another discussion in anti-endo spaces, where they say:

There's also this screenshot from a message made yesterday by a mod that also supports this theory:

TL;DR I don't think they are truly endo-neutral, they are just trying to not express themselves because they know that it could lead their server into controversy if they take a solid stance on some syscourse subjects. The app, bot and community is still centered on DID/OSDD systems and is not made for people who identify under the non-traumagenic umbrella.
