Overall, I am pleased with the outcome. I struggled to get my idea on paper/screen. Finally, I started shooting footage and my thoughts felt more organized. My concept behind this project is convey text message communication. The lack of faces shows how we are connected to others in a non-human contact way. The white bars are inspired by Instagram, in which people crop and filter their photos to show an edited visual of their life. In the end, I wish I would have started putting more time into this project sooner. I felt that I kept putting it off to work on project two or projects for other classes.
