Marielle | minor | she/they | nonsharing Kohaku Oukawa yume | chronically obsessed with twst, alnst, enstars, and rwby | F2P | #1 InSomnia | occasionally will post english lyrics for kpop songs or fanart | in way too many fandoms | 🇺🇸🇵🇭
I am rwbyofmyheart, but you can call me Marielle or Mari or Elle :). I go by she/they pronouns. When I post, I will mostly be posting fanart, English lyrics for kpop/jpop songs, or anything somewhat similar. I am under 18, so I’m gonna try to keep this blog PG-13, but I will occasionally post content from Hazbin Hotel or Helluva Boss. This post has links to some of my fanart/lyrics along with some fandoms I’m in. I will try to keep it updated, but we’ll see.
DNI: homophobes, transphobes, proshippers, racists, mdni blogs (I’m a minor), 18+ blogs, Kohaku doubles, ppl who ship Kohaku with Rinne/Madara/HiMERU/Niki (absolute NOTPs)
Fandoms I’m in (some not as active as others, and there may be more not on the list):
peeling those sour rainbow gummy strips into long thin strings and putting them into cheap energy drink to create something im calling battery acid spaghetti will update once ive finished it
A/N: late anniversary fic for me and Kohaku :) kinda rushed 😅
“And yer sure everythin’s alright?”
“Yes, the food’s all prepped!“
“And you—“
“Amagi has been locked in the closet.”
Kohaku sighed in relief.
“I’m sorry I’m bein’ so paranoid…I just wanna make sure everythin’s perfect for her…” he explained, face tinted pink, “I’m surprised we’ve lasted this long.”
“Well, Kohaku-kun, you and Mari-san really care about each other and you’re really cute!” Niki affirmed. HiMERU simply nodded along.
“Now we just need Mari-han…” Kohaku muttered to himself, and as if on cue, Mari walked in. HiMERU and Niki left to give the young couple some quality time together.
“Hey, Kohakutou,” Mari smiled, and Kohaku reciprocated as he pulled her in for a hug.
“Hey, darlin’, ya sure got all dolled up for me,” he teased, playing with her bangs.
“Well it’s our anniversary, after all,” she mused. He led her to the table, already set with Niki’s cooking. “How did you get him to agree?” Mari questioned.
“He said he didn’t mind if it was for us,” Kohaku admitted sheepishly, “Y’know how he’s been since we got together.”
“True,” she laughed, “If not for Hika-chan, Aira-kun, and Teto-kun I would have said he was our #1 shipper.”
“Don’t forget ‘bout my sisters.”
“How could I? Ruri-neesan was teasing me before we were even together,” Mari laughed.
“Did ya just call my sister nee-san?” Kohaku questioned.
“She insisted,” Mari sighed. Kohaku laughed.
“Yep, that’s her alright…”
They continued to enjoy their meal and chat. Mari handed Kohaku a bag.
“It’s not the best gift…but I hope you like it,” she looked at him with a sincere smile. He opened the bag and took the tissue paper out. Inside was a single crocheted rose and a card that read “I love you, Kohaku.” Kohaku’s smiled warmly.
“Aw, I love it, darlin’,” he sang, kissing her forehead, “I dunno what you mean by bad gift.”
“I’m glad you like it,” she smiled and pecked his lips. Kohaku smiled into it and pulled out a box he handed her when they pulled away.
“Time for mah gift to ya,” he smirked as she opened the box to reveal a heart-shaped locket with a picture from a year ago. Mari had asked to take a selfie with Kohaku while they were out together, shortly after they became official, and when he agreed she had kissed his cheek right before taking the picture. He had gotten flustered and even more so when she immediately made it her lockscreen.
“Awwwww, Kohaku-kun…I love it…” she smiled, looking at him warmly.
“Look at the back,” he flipped it over and revealed an inscription: “I love you, Marielle.”
“You did not just put my full name,” she laughed and wiped her eyes.
“Are those…?”
“Happy tears. I just love you so much,” she smiled and kissed him, which he more than happily returned.
“Now…should we head to the next part of our date?” Kohaku stood up and offered his hand. She took it and he led her out of ES and down the street.
“Where are we going?”
“You’ll see soon enough.”
Mari gasped as she caught sight of a familiar bakery. A year ago, on their first date, Kohaku had tried to take her here but forgot to check when they were open. He promised to take her another time when they were open but they never got around to it.
“Guess who actually checked the open hours this time,” he smiled.
“Let’s go in!”
Mari pulled him inside and the two sweets lovers looked at the menu and cases in awe, trying to decide what to get.
“Whatcha thinkin’?” he nudged her side.
“I’m trying to decide between the ube tres leches and the tiramisu,” she contemplated, “What about you?”
“We could get both?” He suggested but she shot him down.
“Nope, I know what you’re getting.”
He raised an eyebrow.
“Pardon?”
“There’s this one dessert that’s very similar to your Japanese sweets that I think you’ll like best,” she pointed to a container labeled “palitaw con yema.”
“I’ll have to trust ya,” he surrendered and smiled as Mari ordered his dessert and an ube flan for herself. Once they had their desserts they walked to the park and enjoyed the treats under the stars. Kohaku took a bite and Mari cooed at the way his face lit up.
“I knew you would like it!” She cheered.
“Shut up,” he teased. She laughed and enjoyed her flan. Once they were done with their desserts, they stayed there for a while, hands intertwined.
“Thank you.”
“What?” Mari questioned.
“For puttin’ up with me for a year…you’ve made this the best year of my life so far…even with our ups and downs…” he rubbed circles into her hand and caressed her cheek with the other. Mari wiped his watering eyes.
“No, thank you for putting up with me,” she jokingly corrected, “But seriously, I’m glad we fell in love…You’re my everything…” Kohaku smiled and leaned into her touch before wiping her eyes. “Whoops,” she chuckled sheepishly, and he laughed too before closing the distance and kissing her.
Aira accidentally started a merch trading business in ES
It all started when Aira gave his duplicates from blind boxes to other people (like giving shu to mika, makoto to izumi, etc etc) and it evolved to people giving their own spare merch to Aira and people looking for him to see if he had more merch to give
Now he has a website for people to trade amongst themselves instead of looking for him all the time
