He didn’t expect Sour Cream to understand all the details of his worries. And how could he? Sure, the people in Beach City knew that the gems protected them, but they didn’t know the extent of it.
But he still understood Steven in his own way, maybe even better than the gems did, at least about this particular thing. And a distraction sounded like exactly what he needed.
“Heh… All of those sound nice, actually. I knew you were good with music but I didn’t know you could dance too!” Hadn’t they offered to let him go with them dancing once? Or wait, that was Lars… But still! He hadn’t seen what they could do. Plus it seemed like a good de-stresser.
Sour Cream smirked a bit at Steven’s reaction to the mention of dancing. “Well, I think it’s pretty good to know how to dance if you’re a DJ. That way you can tell whether your beats are good. If you can dance to them, they must be alright.” Despite Sour Cream’s initial impression to people, hew knew his stuff when it came to music and DJing. Though he still had his rare odd beliefs like time being an illusion.
“If ya want, we can head over to my house and jam. Pretty sure we got some left over pizza in the fridge too.
