current diet: no rice, bread, pasta, ultra-processed/fried foods, junk food, 2-3 small meals a day with gym/Youtube exercises, (try for) 10k steps a day, lots of fruit, nuts, vegetables, lean meats, zero-calorie drinks & whole foods.
I currently weigh myself every day but want to switch to every 3-4 days.
