They are also asking me to tell you to do energy cleansing spells, protect your energy, because it is being pulled by energy vampires, your guides want you safe. Try meditations by teal swan, or meditation without guidance but soft music, physical practices like water spells, where you keep a bowl of water at night near you bed, and tell it, “dear water, Please absorb all the negative energies around me, energy vampires who are feeding from it, thank you. ” and drain the water into your toilet in the morning after you wake up, do not drink that water, or touch it, just throw it away. You can use this same spell into a positive way too, by giving positive affirmations, and thoughts, since water is an element of nature that is similar to a baby. ☆ on loving yourself.

All the time, on the internet, we see that people are promoting, or motivating others to love themselves, easy as it looks, it isn’t all the time. It was easy, everyone would have done it already. I can only speak from my journey, so these are my experiences. Loving myself always felt like a task, a task that just didn’t seem to leave my space, I was always told to do better, think better about myself, did I ever succeed? No. I tried to self love, maybe that’s why it didn’t work, because to love myself, I had to look at my wounds, sit with them, grieve the pain I never got to do, talk to my parts, my inner child, be friends with them, and learn that loving myself is not a chore I can do and complete it. I had years of shame, fear, abandonment, layers of hatred inside me that won’t vanish because i decided i want to love myself. Sitting with my fears and letting them take over me felt like i was choking on air, and someone was draining the life out of me, but i had to sit and look at them, what they had to say, I spent all my life running from myself, how long until I get tired? So, i sat with myself, even though every moment felt like i should run, or dissociate. I grabbed a pen and a notebook, and let my fears talk to me, after i finished writing, when I read the letters, the words said to me, i cried, because how else could I explain all of my pain? I didn’t have words of comfort, ironic because if someone else was going through something, i’d jump and comfort them in whatever way I could, but when it comes to me, words, feelings, understanding fall short. I started loving myself only after i decided that my life needed to change, and made the necessary changes. Please know that at any point of time, you can change the trajectory of your life, nothing is fixed on time. You can take your time and start your own journey whenever you want.
