This is just for fun - my original fiction and paid projects are priority and that’s why you won’t see a schedule here; I write fanfiction when I’m inspired, with zero pressure.

Hii! First of all, I’m happy you enjoy the story. 🙏🏻❤️

The Games We Play is not abandoned, but I have no update schedule and write when I feel inspired. Between all the rl responsibilities, I am very careful to put no pressure on myself when it comes to fic writing so that it keeps being a nice thing that I do for fun, and not another must that I have to quit because it makes me anxious instead of happy.

#TROPbloodmoon Day 3: Children Adar and his children. I think Adar regrets his choices, but I also think he genuinely pretty quickly learned to love the uruk and they were ultimately what gave him the strength to betray Mairon.

Summary: What if Lord Celebrimbor had a daughter? What if he was very protective of her, and she had lived her entire life so far safe in Eregion? What if she ventures outside and Adar takes her?

Think Hades-and-Persephone with a hint of Fated Mates, a lil bit of pregnancy plot, a touch of Fix-It, and a smidgen of actual plot. Oh, and like a MASSIVE amount of spice. Eventually.

Chapter summary: Naradis gets the bath she was promised.

Adar gets less answers than he was hoping for, and somehow also a lot more than he bargained for.

"Whilst negotiating with the dying Celebrimbor, Sauron initially recommended "there are ways of keeping you alive, Mellon." He then proceeded to cut his finger on the blade. What happened in the following minute or so? He ultimately killed Celebrimbor with the same glaive. It is conceivable that Celebrimbor may reappear in spirit form later in the next season, potentially reinterpreting this particular moment. Upon examining his left hand, one can notice that the blood from his finger, which is on the blade, entered Celebrimbor when he stabbed him through the midsection. This implies that he may have resorted to dark magic on Celebrimbor prior to killing him. Although speculative, this theory is reasonable."

Sauron is determined to find out who he is, Finrod is equally determined to withhold that information and does what he can to distract Sauron. Meanwhile, he forms a bond of sorts with his lieutenant, Adar... (or the less classy summary, which is: The King of Nargothrond finds himself in a bad situation and fucks himself out of it like the legend he is)

Summary: After learning that the seven Dwarven rings are behaving differently then expected, Celebrimbor begins to suspect that Annatar might not be who he claims he is. He manages to escape his own city and takes a walk along the river banks to clear his head. Unfortunately, he is captured by a patrol of Orcs who take him to their leader, the mysterious and alluring Adar. Adar wants to get rid of Sauron (good) but believes the only way to do that is to destroy Eregion (bad).

Can Celebrimbor convince Adar to spare his city or will he be forced to watch as the annoyingly handsome Uruk destroys everything he loves?

The bruises 😩💗 and idk why my brain locked on that detail but the way Sauron’s lip is pressed against Celebrimbor’s neck-! 👌🔥🔥🔥🔥

The shadowing is just amazing and I keep finding details to obsess over - like their hair!!! Gorgeous! The way Celebrimbor’s look a bit damp and unruly, and Sauron’s is iconically (and canonically) perfect! ✨✨✨
