i’m constantly wondering if i’m pretentious, selfish, narcissistic and a pain to be around. not having close friends and never being approached or talked to by others doesn’t really help my case.

I feel like a lot of people are using the terms “bed-rotting” and “rest” interchangeably and I think that’s a huge problem. If you’re so tired you need a day in bed to just relax and do nothing you’re not rotting, you’re resting. You need rest. You were not designed to be on the go 24/7 but modern society expects this of us for some reason.
