The Farasi Bahari is a type of water horse from Hindu mythology. These beautiful, emerald green horses are found at the bottom of the Indian Ocean, but come to the surface at certain times of year to graze along the coast.

People leave their horses by the sea in the hopes that the Farasi Bahari will mate with them. If this happens, the resulting foals will have green coats, and possess great speed and stamina.
