METHOD: Yukhni Mutton ,water,GG paste ,random cut 1 onion 1full garlic ,salt to tase 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp cloves 1 tsp cumin seed 1 tsp fennel seeds 1tsp corriander seeds .....presssure Cooker thw above mutton stock . . MASALA: 1 medium size onion fry it till golden brown ,add GG paste 1 tsp ,5 greeen chiilies paste ,saute these than add 250gram yougurt,1 tsp salt ,1 tsp white pepper ,now add the meat from above yukhni /stock fry them , than add rice priory soak for about 20 mins and quantity 2 cup full now add yukhni till rice is fully soak in yukhni keep ur stove medium high when all the yukhni dries than simmer for 20 mins in low flame ... After 20 mins it will ready serve with farnish fried onion above the pulao ... . .
