Bisexual Pride Enamel Pins

I’m a freelance graphic designer and artist. I have an etsy shop where I sell other pins and products. I live and work in Chicago, but lived and went to college in Wisconsin. I grew up in a small town and didn’t meet other LGBTQ+ friends until I went off to college, where I became a board member of my university’s LGBTQ+ student organization.

more reasons im a NPC:

if i stand still for too long i start doing idle animations 

will only talk to people if they start conversation first 

my walking speed is too fast to be walking and too slow to be running

if you talk to me too many times i start repeating dialogue

if you do a small favor for me i will follow you around without questions

i will drop a lot exposition if you ask

sometimes i get stuck on doors

you may stand in a straight line from me holding a corpse but its more than 10 meters so i will not notice

Why do kids love it so much? Like I remember when I was a kid at diving practice during the summer, the best part was when one if the coaches would toss you into the deep end. And in gymnastics coaches would toss us into the foam pit. Do kids just have a evolutionary urge to die?

these are beautiful photos, but if you’re interested in learning more about pre-stonewall gay history i’d recommend Before Stonewall. it was made in 1984, shortly before the AIDS epidemic became the focus of the community. it may seem a little dated, but i’ve watched it a few times over and it’s definitely worth your time.

it features dozens of amazing interviews with gay men and lesbians who grew up in the 20s, 30s, and 40s, sharing their experiences. it’s hard at times, but it’s amazing seeing the joy we’ve always managed to share among ourselves.

I’m so broke right now that it’s the 5th of the month and I can’t afford to pay rent. I’ve even tried selling some of my gently used electronics on local listings (but no one needs a industry grade drawing tablet). I’ve been out of a job for about 5 months now after having to abruptly quit the last one due to corporate bullshit that I don’t have the emotional energy to explain. I’ve been very actively applying to jobs and gigs in my field of expertise on multiple platforms. I’ve had some freelance work come in, but not enough. I’ve depleted all of my savings on medical bills and student loans. I feel shitty and useless because the gigs aren’t coming in. My husband gets 6 or less hours of sleep a night because he’s been trying to supplement his day job with additional freelance, but his projects are long term and don’t pay out until months after they’re finished. I hate asking for free money, so I wont. Instead, I’m sharing my website portfolio and asking that you consider me for any graphic design projects you have. If you have a project, but you don’t know if it falls under graphic design, send me a message and I’ll let you know. I’ve got a lot of connections, so if even if it’s something I don’t do, I might know someone who does. If you happen to know of someone looking to heir a short or long term contract, full time, or part time remote graphic designer, feel free to message me about that as well. I have a paypal account to accept payment for works. I also have a small etsy shop where I have some affordable wedding invite downloads and a few other odd items. (my paypal is under my maiden name, and I don’t know where my marriage certificate is, so paypal wont let me update it.)
