୨୧ so, this is me finally arriving ୨୧

⋆✿ a little prelude
greetings ,
im millie (if we’re being formal, amelia).
i’ve been reading and writing stories for as long as i can remember, always dreaming of one day having a little corner of the internet to call my own. somewhere to leave my thoughts, my words, and all the little pieces of life i don’t want to forget.
i joined tumblr in late october of 2023, and ever since, i’ve been waiting for the right moment to finally make this place official. so, i suppose, this is me finally arriving.
i want this space to be something of a digital diary — a collection of thoughts, stories, late-night ramblings, movie reviews, playlists, photographs, and whatever else finds its way here. a place to talk about the films that stay with me long after the credits roll, the books i can’t stop thinking about, and all the little things that make life feel a little more beautiful. i’ll be sharing pieces of my life and the things i love over the coming months, hopefully on a daily basis.
somewhere between late-night playlists, far too many cups of coffee, unfinished stories, favourite films, and an entirely unreasonable number of fictional characters, this little corner of the internet became home.
so, if you’ve found your way here, welcome. i’m so glad you did. ♡
welcome to the department of digital correspondence

⋆✿ before the page turns ..
a little warning that this account may occasionally go quiet while i disappear into the depths of schoolwork, deadlines, and the general chaos of being alive. i’ll always try my best to come back and ramble whenever i can — assuming life doesn’t eat me first.
and, perhaps, the only real rule around here: be kind. i’ll always try my hardest to make this little corner of the internet feel like a warm café on a rainy afternoon — somewhere you can wander into, stay awhile, share your thoughts, talk about the things you love, or simply sit quietly and feel at home. there’s always a seat for you here, and everyone is welcome to stay. ♡
