I personally am not comfortable interacting with some lgbt+++ users on the platform because some are a bit too much. Like, I really dont mind how you present yourself into the world but dont cage me in your box, or dictate how I should perceive the world.

I literally get comments that oh character A is literally gay, why is your listener a woman? Why are you kisteners only women? Because I'm a woman, a straight woman, and I don't know or feel that character ABCDEFG is gay!

I respect and dont mind the queer characters. To each their own. But dont come at me, simply because Im straight like what?

My Sweetheart manifested in my mind as over 6ft in platform boots, significantly taller than Angel or Baaabe.

Milo manifested in my mind as just *barely* taller than Sweetheart when they're barefoot/at home

Which further spurred the headcanon that shifters are taller than average in general and no one in the Shaw Pack is under 6ft tall with David being not quite too tall to ride a roller coaster (6'8)

I'm also one of like 3 people in the fandom that sees him as taller than 5'8 (american male average) so

And I get the whole shifters are bigger than average people thing but if Milo is short he would not be above average male height.

It would make even more sense that Christian poked fun at him because of the fact that he’s shorter than the average unempowered male.

And sure he would be insecure surrounded by other pack mates who are over 6 feet but if he's 5’8 that insecurity wouldn't be as big because he doesn't just interact with the pack and in comparison to the rest of the world he would be average or in your case possibly above that.

I can't force you to see him as shorter but his height is such a fundamental part of his character so why make him average?

Except all his insecurity about his size is based on his wolf form from Christian (and other pack members who are never named)

He's never said anything about his human height being an insecurity and the short jokes in human form we have heard come specifically from Asher whose teasing is exclusively hyperbolic

None of his human appearance is a fundamental part of his character.

Which is the same for most redacted characters. Because everyone has a different interpretation of what they look like.

I would go so far as to say the only person whose human size is a fundamental part of their character is Huxley. Granted he doesn't have another physical form

If you and the other 2 people you mentioned want Milo to be 5’8 and above I'm not gonna bust your chops about it. Do what you want. However if one of your arguments is that shifters are bigger in human form because they are shifters and their wolf form reflects that (the pack being said to be huge in wolf form and Milo comparing it to being average in a room full of basketball players) why would Milo’s smaller wolf form not be reflected in his height.

So is everyone’s height parallel to how big their wolf form is making the whole pack tall and or huge in wolf form. Or do they not correlate at all.

Would Milo be the one outlier of somebody who's average or tall but his wolf alone is small. I mean shit he could be. I'm not Erik.

Erik has never said one way or the other if it correlates. It's all headcanon.

Milo also happens to be from another part of the country than the rest of the pack, maybe that's what makes him the outlier

Christian could be just a hair taller, the next shortest wolf and so started bullying Milo over his wolf size so that he wouldn't be the target. Who fucking knows it's all headcanon and it's not anything any of us need to be tearing into each other about.

My original point was the majority of the fandom agrees with you that he's short. Leave us that have a differing opinion alone, we're not trying to shove our headcanons down your throat.

I wrote a whole thing but it deleted so I'm just gonna paraphrase and say that my OG post was not supposed to come off as super serious hence why I called David a bitch and said I would say Milo 4 feet for shits and giggles.

I'm not trying to bust your chops I'm just trying to understand why you would say 5’8 and above because as you said most of the fandom sees him as short. If I wasn't curious about your opinion I wouldn't have been asking questions or even going back and forth with you at all.

When it comes to the wolf size and height comparisons I just brought up the Shaw pack because that's the pack we know has a big size overall since Milo said they're all gigantic (or at least something along those lines (other shifters like the cameos and Anton I don't think ever talked about height or wolf forms). I'm more thinking does everyones height and size parallel with shifters across the board. Maybe shifters are smaller on the east coast.

I'm genuinely sorry if it came off as me tearing into you or shitting on your HC. I do not care about stuff like that enough to be rude about it because the internet is the internet and the redacted community is literally built on HCs and people making shit up until Erik says otherwise. It's simply that in comparison to the consensus of the rest of the community your HC is outside the box and while it does differ from mine obviously, you're free to have you own HC’s for shit.
