Spells for summoning the sleep fairy... I have another question for you wise souls! Linked to my recent posts about heartbreak healing, but also a bit more of a general one. What are your top tips for chasing down the elusive sleep fairy, especially when things are tough emotionally? My magic weapons have been switching to decaf tea, making super long and soothing playlists to have on in the background, reading nice books and eating bananas... I'd love to know yours and to share them with other sleep deprived folk :)
