Meditate while holding it and visualize your anger going into the jar

Keep the people you want this to affect in your mind when saying this, and imagine your anger or negative feelings about them as a black smoke that surrounds their picture. When you finish saying the affirmations, pretend the smoke covers the picture completely or the smoke catches flame and burns the picture to a crisp.

Cleanse yourself and your space every time you do this.

So many TV shows/movies depict the Epi Pen as a total solution for anaphylaxis...it's not. The Epi Pen gives you 30 minutes to get to a hospital where they can save your life. TV makes it look like you just have to use the Epi Pen and then the crisis is over. Do people without allergies or a loved one with allergies know that an Epi Pen only buys you time? The more I see this on TV the more I worry...

Omg so much this! I have to use my epipens about three times a year and my doctor recommends I shoot both of them in my thigh and then call an ambulance! They are a STABILISER not a cure!!

There are two more major area that people are not seeing with these COVID surges.

1. Even if you “SURVIVE” you will still suffer extreme side effects. Patients are reporting Brain Fog, Tiredness, Lack of Taste and Smell etc. We are going to have to develop specialized care facilities for these side effects. As COVID survivors age, they are going to require more care. HOWEVER THERE IS A MAJOR ISSUE.

2. WE ARE RUNNING OUT OF STAFF. Even before COVID, there has been a shrinking population of students going to school. Now because of COVID, we are burning through staff. There is a significant population (maybe 5-10%) of staff who are eligible to retire. Lots of these staff members are saying Eff this and retiring early and there isn’t anyone to replace them. There aren’t enough people going into medicine to replace them. Even if they suddenly boost up student going to Medical programs, it’ll take like 5 years for these effects to be seen in the Medical population.

What does this mean? Even if you don’t die of COVID, there is a EXTREMELY HIGH LIKELY that you will require more treatment to maintain a sub-level Normal and will cost you more.

If you don’t get vaccinated, it is very likely that as you age and these side-effects get worse you will have to pay more and more out-of-pocket costs just to barely survive. I am genuinely worried about the large Disabled population that is going to require intense care. We can barely keep up as it is. How the hell are we going to be able to deal with this whole new population of disabled people who have already been showed to be non-compliant to basic medical procedures.

Please get vaccinated. It will save you now and in the future.
