Had the privilege of meeting with several esteemed and accomplished luminaries across multiple spiritual traditions in an effort to share ancient wisdom that uplifts today’s world. The backdrop for this meeting of minds and hearts was Mt. Koya - the sacred Buddhist mountain retreat in Wakayama Prefecture, Japan, founded in 816 CE by the monk & calligrapher, Kukai (Kobo Daishi).
Koyasan is also a UNESCO World Heritage destination!

New book out now!
~ When a Buddhist monk with thirty years of practice receives a terminal diagnosis—ninety days to live—everything he thought he knew about life, death, and the nature of reality is shattered in an instant.
So begins an extraordinary journey to Mount Kurama, one of Earth's most sacred sites, where ancient energies have pulsed through the forests for millennia. There, Ajhan encounters Miki - a woman who carries frequencies from distant stars, who sings in the language of light itself, and who serves as a living bridge between dimensions.
This is not a book about belief.
It is a transmission.
We hope you find it as healing as the journey it recapitulates upon.
Happy Chinese/Tibetan New Year to all who celebrate!
Well wishes for an abundant, dynamic, and ever-elevating new year to all on this ring-of-fire eclipse, from the Ring of Fire 🙏🏽
To conscious closure of 2025 and well wishes for the year ahead 💫
Some ways to close out the year consciously:
Reflect
Let go of baggage
Forgive
Practice gratitude
Consider "What I'll take with me"
Happy New Year! 🥂✨

Every troublemaker presents a spiritual crossroads: Will you descend into reaction and karma, or rise to wisdom and compassion?
The choice determines not just the outcome of the conflict, but the evolution of your consciousness.
Bringing spiritual practice into the world is an expression of universal care and compassion, deepened through engagement.
This is world dharma.
That “boring” job you think doesn’t matter?
Look deeper.
Every role has hidden dimensions of service when you open your awareness to the bigger picture.
"The Enlightened Artifacts of Kyoto and Telos", excerpt from a past Buddha Dojo blog post by Ajhan Samvara
"A nation’s original capital city has a special Dharma that can be accessed to create peace and spread spiritual teachings. Capital cities are rooted in spirit and Dharma. They are places of power for human life that people were naturally drawn to for spirituality first, resources second, and protection third..." Full text can be found at:

Even in your darkest moments, the Dharma offers a path forward.
In every conflict, there exists a solution where both sides can win.
Are you looking for that win-win, or are you stuck in the cycle of "getting even"?
