It would be rude to refuse a gift, after all, especially as Lunar is doing his d-mnedest to build bridges with the Darklings, but.

Eugh. Eugh. Eugh. He’s determinedly not looking at the whatever it is, and instead keeping his eyes focused squarely on Sandy’s face with a plasticine smile.

A little cleaner robot shoots out of a slot at the base of the wall nearby, whirring pleasantly as it makes a path towards the ‘gift’ and then gets stuck in it with a squelch.

“…We’ll let Nightlight have that, hmm? I daresay he’ll like it.”

Sandi grinned excitedly at the reaction, blood and gristle caught in between knife-like teeth. ‘ Trying to do the speaking more! Less of reckless eating! ’ he explained, quite proud of the mess he had inadvertently created. ‘Hoping to impress Knight with good-ness!!!! ’

The creature paused, thoughtful for a long moment, before stopping the difficult process. ‘ Is hard, but am being glad to please with gift! ‘
