Bio: Tundra Man is a Wily Number who appears in Mega Man 11. He was created by Dr. Cossack to be a surveillance robot with the purpose of monitoring environmental changes in some of Earth's coldest regions, like the North Pole. He developed a passion for ice skating after watching an ice skating championship on TV, which inspired to become a professional figure skater, and he secretly altered his design to make it more fitting for his new passion. However, because of his job and the resulting working environment, his life was lonely, and he became unhappy and distressed by the lack of an audience to show off his moves to. While under maintenance in Dr. Light's laboratory alongside seven other robots, Tundra Man was kidnapped by Dr. Wily, who modified him for combat and equipped him with a Speed Gear, and took over a museum.
