ooc; Hey guys--I moved Kazama over here to a multi-muse blog. Feel free to follow there~
He wasn’t moving… The only change had been him giving a polite demand to tell him what happened. What on Earth made him think that he would be the person she wanted to talk to? He was the last person she wanted to see. I wonder if they’d think we really were in everything together if they saw me right now… That would certainly land her in more trouble.
It wasn’t anything as bad as Kazama was thinking, but it was certainly heartbreaking and depressing to her. Instead of gracing the older oni with a proper response, she merely brushed his hand off of her shoulder and began to stand up. Tell him what happened… Voicing her feelings was only a burden to everyone.
"Leave me alone…"
She'd brushed him off so easily, but that didn't deter him. If anything, he complete lack of demand in her tone only made him all the more curious and concerned. Sure, there probably wasn't much he would be able to do for her, but he could at the very least listen to what was on her mind. Besides, it would take a lot more than her telling him to leave her alone to drive him away. Didn't she know that by now? Kazama had come back time after time, and he would continue to do so until he took her away from this place. Unfortunately, it seemed she wasn't quite getting that through her head at the moment.
Now only if she would voice her feelings and fears to him.
"Did something happen with the Shinsengumi?" He had to stop himself before he called them the mutts of Mibu as usual, assuming that she wouldn't take too kindly to something like that especially now.
She had been sent out to deliver some reports to Matsumoto for Yamazaki, but could it really hurt to just sit on a bench and take a moment to try and collect her thoughts after she’d done what needed to be done? Surely taking a few minutes wouldn’t have any negative sort of effect, right? It was crowded out in town today, and no one would be stupid enough to try and kidnap anyone in such a crowd—even an oni. Not like anyone would want to take such a useless monster anyways…
Something happened then as if to try and prove both of those thoughts wrong: Kazama sat down beside her and put an arm around her shoulders. She hadn’t even looked up to know it was him—she knew it was a fellow oni and really, the arm was far too heavy to be Sen. He didn’t do anything to try and pick her up or knock her out, so he wasn’t there to take her. Not even wants a burden like me. The silence was first broken by the man quietly saying her name, and then again by Chizuru’s own soft and surprisingly dull voice.
"Don’t touch me…"
That hadn't been what he was expecting from the girl. Usually Chizuru would have jumped at the touch, demanded that he let her go with a flushed face. Instead, all he got was a tone void of emotions, and she hadn't even moved to push him away from her. What... what was wrong with her? Kazama had never seen her behave in such a way before that the only thing he could concern himself with was who the hell had dared to hurt her.
It dawned on him then. Could the Shinsengumi have abandoned her?
"Tell me what happened." It wasn't a request, but rather a gentle demand. His tone was still quiet, perhaps even a bit soft. If it indeed had been what he had predicted from the start, then it would seem that he had failed her. This is what the demon had been trying so hard to protect her from--betrayal by the people she cared about the most. Humans never changed, he knew that, and it seemed Chizuru had been unfortunate enough to learn about that the hard way.
Seeing the girl look so depressed, the oni couldn't help himself. An arm stretched around her shoulder, pulling her close to his side. It was the most comfort he could offer her for the moment, and he was already overstepping some boundaries.
"Chizuru..."
ooc; sorry I wasn't around much today--I'm just really tired after all the excitement so I don't think I'll do any other replies tonight, or get to those asks quite yet.
Gomen.
Catching Santa Claus...? || Kazama & Chizuru
The only reason Kazama had agreed to something so ridiculous was for the sole fact it was for her. Whenever Chizuru looked at him with those cute, doe-like eyes of her he just couldn't bring himself to say no. Even if it was something like waiting up all night to catch Santa Clause delivering presents to her house--to be honest he was surprised the girl still believed in that big, fat man in the red suit. Still... it was for her so here he was, trudging through the snow and up to her door, a bag hanging off of his shoulder with all of the necessities prepared.
Even if he didn't particularly agree with staying up all night, it wasn't as if he had anything else to do. He usually kept to himself for the holidays, not interested in spending it with anyone. Hah, more like he had no one to spend the holidays with. Kazama was a grown man living on his own after all--how he managed to become the school council president would forever remain his own little secret. In any case, he couldn't say that he wasn't happy to be spending Christmas Eve with her... if it had to be anyone, he was glad it was her he was doing this for.
Reaching the door, his close fist landed on it a couple of times, letting her know he'd arrived. The blonde didn't live too far away, so he simply walked, and although he was bundled up in a warm coat, scarf, and even boots, it was still cold as hell out.
You should caress dah chizuru and offer her some candy. She will love you ten times more than the wolves~
"But she told me not to touch her or try to kiss her anymore."
ooc; gomen to the anons in my inbox---I'll get to you all later! Like I said on my other RP blog, I'll be gone most of the day doing things with family sooooo yeah!
I hope you all have a good morning~!
"I-It’s weird… I-I didn’t know you could smile…"
"Well, it may be a surprise, but I can."
are you enjoying yourself?
"…I suppose so."
He was getting close again.
"You’re smiling.."
"Is there something wrong with that?"
He didn't bite!! -pokepokepokepokepokepokepokepokepoke-
"Are you enjoying yourself?"
"I look like a man—as usual."
"Um…Thank you…?"
"Is something wrong?"
-pokes the Kazama-
"Hello there."
"Y-Yes, Kazama-san…?" Having her name said like that was a little unnerving.
"You look nice today."
of-strange-monologues-and-oni replied to your post:ԅ(≖_≖ԅ) You know what? Just for that comment, do you know what you get? M!A: you are now incredibly ticklish and less angry and bitter. 2 days.
*is it okay for her to giggle?*
"Chizuru~"
"You were pouting at me."
"Do I look pouty now?"
