Will fans making imaginary byerson beef and making dustin the villain each time & blaming dustin (and steve) for Will having less screen time and shit writing & bringing dustin up every now and then talk about how dustin isn't gay so he got a better ending (as if he isn't also a part of an oppressed minority) bc they're bitter Will got a last minute boyfriend.
Somebody tell Steve harrington glazers that I don't need a reason to hate him. Not only do I have my reasons, I don't need one to begin with. Neither do I need to force myself to like him💀
I like henderhop. It's a very adorable ship, and I'll defend it at the end of the world. But I have a bone to pick with its fanbase because even when Dustin is involved in this ship, I feel he still gets mistreated and is treated like a purse dog just like how it is with dusteve duo. Even worse, there will be a m11 to call him something ableist or has an undertone of ableism to it like it's their life's mission because it "excludes el from her ship" as if elmax and hopclair doesn't exist (no shade intended).
Dustin (and his actor) will always be mistreated one way or another but ig no one is ready to talk about the ableism bc no one actually takes it seriously
Congratulations Steve harrington. You will always piss me off the most. Especially when his bitchass didn't take Dustin's freshman year problems seriously because he peaked in high-school
Mannnn I really wish we're able to edit the profile background more. Use a custom photo or add patterns or effects or animation. It would absolutely save me and my brainstorming
They're back at it again with the gaten hate istg bylers are always bothering this man and then get mad when he doesn't answer like how they wanted him to AND THEYRE schizo
Stranger Things fandom only basing what they ship and don't ship based off of "how many scenes they have together" is the saddest shit ever
I could totally understand if you juts cannot see these two characters if the same age group dating but if their lack of scenes together is your deal breaker then maybe you don't actually ship those ships you claim have more screen time together. Maybe you just want to ship these 2 characters for the sake of an edit while telling others what to ship and not ship
Idk it just feels like everyone ships for the sake of canon which is just not fun. If you do ship bc of canon and you're content with it, that's cool. But if you make it your whole personality while judging others, you suck.
Since I did a post for Honor Society, I might as well do one for Stranger Things as well! So it's gonna be the same drill everybody. Seconadry genders headcanons and why i think it fits them in a desperate attempt to convince you i'm right <3
And since i'm biased and thought about this for far too long... we're starting with Dustin Henderson!!
important notes!!
- there will be no sexualization of any kind towards the characters.
- This will only revolve around The Party, so no requests about other characters or the older teens.

Dustin Henderson
In my opinion, Dustin is an Omega. And many of his traits throughout the seasons give me many reasons to justify my opinion. So i'll be naming them one by one.
Starting off with his Character: Dustin may be a nerd with not many cool points to spare, but, his bright and daring personality that challenges on opponents and obstacles bigger than himself makes great sense to him being an omega. As i mentioned in a previous post (that i totally reccommend you to check out); there's a common heirarchy within the omegaverse. Alphas hold the most amount of power and Omegas hold the least amount of power and Betas are somewhere in the middle. And the reason why this makes sense is because Dustin could be your unusual weird omega male that strives for a dream bigger than he will ever reach, i mean, especially in a harsh era like the 80's, you could only imagine how those who lie at the bottom of the food chain like Dustin are treated. Him being an omega would give him something to conquer as he always challenges greater power and hates conformity.
Next I'll talk about his intelligence. Due to the harsh heirarchy of this au, it creates an enviroment where omegas, especially male omegas like Dustin, are underestimated especially when it comes to smarts, strength and leadership. Dustin's vivid intelligence exceeds all expectations thrown on omegas putting him two steps ahead of everyone, and he is so incredibly loud about it.
In a world where omegas are a stereotype a titled as less than, submissive, listeners but never speakers and soft spoken; Dustin's weirdness is what breaks him out of those chains. Him not obliging to society's stereotypes makes him even wierder and more against conformity. He is loud, he is demanding, he never shuts up and will not bend to anybody's will.
His bond with others is also unique, where he is the glue of the party and he is protected and he is the mediator during arguments. In season 1, he was the nicest towards El and he was equally concerned about Will as the rest of his friends were and he was the one to resolve the conflict between Mike and Lucas. This is one of the common positive traits about omegas. They're mediators and problem solvers and are incredibly emotionally intelligent which is exactly what dustin is.
Lastly, I'll mention his development over the seasons. His development is incredibly emotional revolving around him drifting apart from his loved ones to be needed. Maybe he felt useless or unwanted, which really adds complexity to the pack bond and a/b/o dynamics. It also creates a nice storyline of his pack trying to court him to come back to them, ESPECIALLY in season 5. Him drifting away could easily express suppressed feelings of not being wanted or needed anymore or maybe his weirdness made everyone dislike him and crave an omega that's more ideal and fitting.
Holy shitttttt this took too damn long to post I'm incredibly sorry about that!! (Especially to you, dusty!!)
The rest of the party members will be posted as reblongs!! I hope yall enjoyed this post as much as I did. Dustin does have a special place in my heart if my account didn't already make that clear so he has the bigger focus. Damn I'll probably make this longer if I could.
LMAOOOOO I remembered when people kept calling dustin a nothingburger character bc of the gaten byler situation and then look what happened. Mike was absolutely TASTELESS and Will got a random last minute bf while Dustin got the best emotional arc of season 5 that everybody praised tremendously. Not to mention gaten's award worthy acting. This will always be the best lick back I'll ever have💁♀️
Nothing is more insufferable than entering the dustin tag only to find posts about anybody BUT him, like his name is just there for attraction. This is NOT tiktok, people. It's full of byler, steddie, lumax and Steve x henderson!oc 💀
If yall will not talk about him and HIS ships/duos, then don't use this fucking tag at all.
Everytime I see someone draw shirtless jabber as muscular I die on the inside. Same goes for zanka.
They're MALNOURISHED, guys... they're as thinn as thinn can get. Their jinki is what makes them so strong. See its not that its illegal to draw them a little muscular, but it's not exactly accurate to the type of environment they live in. In an underground world that is made of TRASH and got little food you can't exactly get as muscular as you wish. But also, there's that one huge cleaner with lots of muscles (im not sure how he even achieved that) with them so I'm not sure if this is entirely true
I have no idea how to start this shit off but as you can see, the title explains itself. I will present my Honor Society omegaverse headcanons (aka; secondary genders and WHY i think it fits them and their stories) about multiple characters, but Micheal will have the biggest focus. So it's only obvious to start him.

Micheal Dipnicky
Micheal is an Omega and I have many reason to believe that he would be one. And the first factor would be his role in the story.
Micheal is a classic nerd and loser with no friends and "no life" in Honor's words, and in the omegaverse, there's a common heirarchy; Alphas being at the top, and omegas at the bottom. And Micheal's school life let's us know that he is at the bottom of the food chain. He is the nerd who gets bullied and ridiculed whome no one expects anything from and no one knows anything about except for the fact that he's a lonely loser. It only makes sense that he also gets bullied for being a male omega, seeing as they are rare and there's not a lot of them, so he could also be seen as an anamoly, unusual and weird.
Moving on to his actions. He comes through with a plot twist at the end, tricking not only Honor but viewers as well with his manipulation tactics and intelligence and messing Honor's view of him which could also affect her view of the heirarchy because a simple omega has tricked her into thinking he was an innocent, kind, poor, submissive orphan but in reality he was just using her and manipulating her, which could highlight how he used his secondary gender and place in the heirarchy to his advantage against somebody like Honor. An Alpha (i will get to this one later). Basically, it's his badass omega moment where everybody underestimates him when in reality he's just 2 steps ahead. And it means that he doesn't follow the stereotypical definitions of what an omega is.
Lastly, let's talk about his goals. I mean, he manipulated Honor to get the Harvard scholarship, right? But we never understand why. He says "I wanna go to harvard" when Honor asks "What about me?" and thats about it, but since this is the omegaverse we're talking about, the reasons become more clear. Omegas are disrespected in society and this "Everybody at that school either wants to ignore and abuse me, so... I stopped trying to be liked by them." would explain Micheal's experience as an omega. A male omega specifically, and male omegas make a small percenatge of the population and that is on top of him being disabled (which is basically also a headcanon but its nice to incroprate gaten's disability onto another character he plays). So, in conclusion; Micheal -as a male omega- wants a better life for himself, and harvard is the key. It gives him the opportunity for change, more respect and a way out of this toxic life style and community in hopes of finding better for himself. Because being a rich kid won't cut it. And in a society not built for people like him, he needs to come through and prove himself.
Posts about the rest of the characters (Travis, Honor and Kennedy) will be posted as reblogs, so please be patient!! And I will NOT sexualize any of said characters once i get to the biological headcanons. So let's keep that in mind.
