I found this infographic on Kitchen 101 from ChasingDelicious.com showing the whole rainbow of fruits and vegetables.  They are sorted by color, vitamin/mineral content, and cooking time.  The farther a fruit or vegetable is from the center, the longer the cooking time is for that produce.  Check out the entire page on their website on how to cook all the pretty colors.
