The death of Passage, the dawn of the Great Journey.

Can't believe I forgot to post this mural I made. This one took so long to do but was so undeniably fun, and I honestly can't believe we never got a mural for the day Tribios took the coreflame of Passage! It includes, once again, my OC Eirithos who played a minor part in the day of the heist.

The life of a Holy Maiden is a lonely one and though Mortis did everything she could to shield her beloved daughter from the reality of her own future, nothing could have prepared her for such a premature departure. Thankfully, Tribios was not left alone to fight off the hungry gazes of the priests who craved power more than dignity, for a shadow still loomed at the corners of their shared home at the depths of the temple; a shadow who, if prompted, would never hesitate to protect Tribios to her very last breath.

As the coreflame is taken, they go their separate ways. One out of the city and one towards it, ready to hold back the offending forces until the newlyborn Demigod is ready to rule. They will not meet again for many years after this moment, but as hurtful as the feeling is, she cannot resent her own dear charge. Instead she prays, so that the Titans themselves may bless the young one's voyage towards tomorrow.

From now on, until this change is reverted (maybe it won't be at all), please only comment on my art through tags or actual comments. I don't want to do this, but I will block anyone who reblog comments on my art. What's a reblog comment? It's a comment directly on the body of a reblog, rather than the tags.

Tumblr is rolling out a new reblog/notes system that completely disregards creators. In their new system, they're taking a twitter-style approach where reblogs will have their own notes that DO NOT contribute to the original post's notes.

Because of this, creators will no longer be able to see an accurate display of likes/reblogs/etc. This is completely altering the way feedback and responses to works are going to be received on this website.

If you come across a fan work that you enjoy, please take the extra step to go to OPs original post, and leave your comment/like/reblog there. Or go one step further and send an ask to OP directly to tell them what you liked!

I really hope Tumblr staff reverses course and reverts to the original reblog system for the sake of the large base of creators who use this site to share their works, but until then, please be considerate and make sure the creators here see/feel the love.

I was told by my friends (threatened, really) to post this mural I made here. It's for my Amphoreus oc, Eirithos!

As the prophecy of the Great Flame-Chase dawned upon the people, the priests of Janusopolis needed a reason as to why their Holy Maiden would so easily and callously turn her back upon the Titans. Thus, upon the discovery of an intruder within the Temple of Fates, said intruder was swiftly blamed for tainting the Holy Maiden with blasphemous ideas.

As the old and forgotten tale goes, the Temple is invaded by a Titankin of Zagreus in the night and, under orders to sow as much chaos as possible, the Titankin cleverly poisoned the ear of the Holy Maiden, leading to the untimely fall of the Titan of Passage.
