I got to pay my respects to those lost and injured in the London Bridge and Borough Market incidents today. Such a tragic night I'm sorry for all who have been lost, people who lost love ones and those injured. I also want to thank the police and ambulance services who responded and helped out. Also thank you to everyone who offered their assistance with shelter, food and support. We are London we stand together and we will not be afraid ❤❤❤

I did it, I did it for my friends, for my family and everyone around the world affected by cancer. I jogged/fast walked 10k in 1hr 40mins!!! (Also in loving memory of my Uncle Gary who pasted away last year) .
