I just love how you take angled photographs & hide your gut behind tight workout shorts and you pass it off like you've changed anything at all. Commit to a real lifestyle change that works, get off your ass, & post a real before and after instead of this pathetic crap where you gained 3lbs from your last one but you want to write a long message about your amazing journey. The only ones impressed are the people too stupid to realize you're angling your face and body differently.
Oh a REAL lifestyle change. I guess you mean like exercising regularly and sticking with that for 8+ weeks. Because I did that.
Or a lifestyle change so real that it brings your resting heart rate down from an unhealthy level to a good one. Did that too.
Or maybe the dedication to walk/jog the distance of the Serengeti desert?Â
Or 50k steps in one single day? About 7 hours of exercise and 20+ miles? Because I did that also.
The kind of lifestyle change where you feel sooo good and healthy that you know a number on a square canât tell you everything and small changes are enough and you love your body anyway?
Babe, I donât know why my immensely impressive goal getting in the past few months is so upsetting to you, and I donât know why youâre bothered by me trying to uplift others, but my journey is impressive and inspiring whether you like what my scale has to say about it or not. Iâd rather Gain all of that than lose 3 lbs. Donât you worry about what me and my âgutâ do because with all the time you spent thinking about me and my fat ass slaying this shit up and down thereâs no way you had time to be crossing the Serengeti. Have a wonderful day.Â
