I was a big fan of the Teen Titans CN show as a kid. Raven was my favorite and her design is just so iconic I had to do some fanart.

Salad Fingers!!!!  Ok so, if this looks familiar it’s an update on an older piece. I wanted it to feel like a polaroid Salad Fingers himself took and wrote on, something you’d find laying around in his house. If you want to find the original it’s further down in my history but I think this one’s a bit more exciting. I was never really happy with how the original came out, but I didn’t really plan on making any updates.. Until I came across it again in the wastelands of my personal project folders and couldn’t resist making some changes. It’s still not perfect, if I were to do it over it’d probably be better now buuuut I’d rather move onto other projects and keep this one as a fun learning experience. I feel like these updates have made it feel a bit more “final” to me now. (Original post)  I have so much nostalgia for Salad Fingers. The series really artistically influenced me back in the newgrounds days and opened my eyes to what indie creators could be capable of. My inner 12 year old mall goth was pretty hyped when David Firth came out with new episodes. Hubert Cumberdale’s new look was a lot of fun as well. So I decided to make some fanart. I sculpted and lit in in zbrush, threw on a NPR filter and did some render passes and then painted over the result in photoshop.

Some more work from my class at Brainstorm, (FND2) this was part of our prop assignments. For class we had the option to make all of our projects adhere to an IP we decided on, so all of the sketches I’ve posted here from class are part of the same universe. This is a travel kit assembled from found objects. It includes a Machete made of bone, a canteen, and a little box of jerky. I had a blast at Brainstorm, if you ever have a chance to take a drawing class from Sorie Kim highly recommend! She was a great teacher.
