But at any rate here is my take on the Google Nest Hub Max.

I ordered it on September 10th and it was at my house on September 16th. Not a bad turnaround time. Already having google home set up on my phone it was a pretty seamless experience adding the new item.

Once connected to my app. It was ready to go.

Just like the google hub we already had the kids can watch youtube videos- mostly other kids opening toys; the difference is that it has a way bigger screen!

The nest part of it though, now that’s the amazing part. We have two cameras in my house already. One in the living room keeping an eye on our front door (also watches my bedroom door and the girl’s bedroom door) and one in the kitchen keeping an eye on the back door (also watches the boy’s room doorway and the hallway. I loved these cameras but my only downfall was that it can only be visible on my phone. While I am at work I do most of the things on the computer. So it would have been nice to have the view on the monitor. For the price I couldn’t go wrong though- $20 for 2. The quality is fantastic and you can talk through them, hear everything, get notifications of movements and sounds, and set zones up. But I am not here to talk about those cameras…

So through the google home app I was able to view the camera which I thought was pretty fantastic- cant do that with my other cameras. While also viewing through the nest app. But when I got to work I checked what the site could do and guess what… I can watch my home from the computer. This alone will have me investing in additional nest cameras. I already intended on getting the doorbell and the thermostat when we purchase a home so the investment into these cameras were bound to happen. You can set the camera to away which gives extra security watch but it does it automatically as well which is pretty awesome. I sat at work with the picture in picture (stays on top while doing other things) watching our new kittens and puppers playing and sleeping.

FALL!!!

So close yet so far. I have found, although it has taken many many years to get to this point. That fall is becoming my favorite. I LOVE DRESSING FOR FALL!!! Booties, over sized sweaters, legging, knee high boots, bulky scarves. So many ideas on my pinterest that I have utilized and made my own.
